We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its beauty and attention to detail. The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and every amenity we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, but we also loved dining at the local restaurants nearby. The outdoor space was a dream – the pool area was private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We spent our mornings lounging by the pool, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the stunning views of the surrounding area. The sunsets from the terrace were breathtaking!
We first contacted Danielle at the start of the year to book for two weeks in September. The communication with quick and effortless and we needed to get in contact a few additional times regarding travel cots that were being provided and she was helpful in all her responses. The villa itself is stunning and well looked after and set in a quiet location. Every bedroom has air con and the beds are all really comfortable (according to everyone in our party). The beds were changed halfway through our stay also. The four rooms upstairs all have en-suite bathrooms and great storage, and two of the rooms have a wrap around balcony which was lovely. We were a group of 9 adults 2 children and 3 infants, and everything had been thought of. There were spare nappies / sun cream / beach towels / children’s cutlery and so much more, we literally didn’t need to think of anything. There was also a baby bouncer which came in useful for our baby. The pool is big and there is loads of additional seating outside, along with plenty of sun loungers. When we arrived there was fresh fruit, wine soft drinks and fresh baguettes, something we didn’t expect but was a very welcome gesture after a morning of travel. The owner of the villa popped by a few mornings to check on the pool temperature and top up when it was needed, and was really friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket five minutes by car and beach is 6-7minutes by car. Super easy. We had an amazing holiday, and can’t fault anything. Thank you we can’t wait to return.
We stayed at this villa for a week - 11 of us - 3 generations. We loved everything about our stay. The villa itself was really lovely - very well equipped. Great bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and lovely kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Outside space was fab - lovely seating areas including next to the bbq. Great pool - good size. The waterfall / fountain wasn’t working which was a shame (not sure it’s worked for a while). Lots of sun loungers and different places to sit - sun or shade. Very well appointed - close to supermarkets, Javea town and Playa Arenal. Fab restaurant just up the road - Ca Aleix. Steve was super helpful and friendly. He even brought us a corkscrew when we couldn’t find one!
We've just returned from an absolutely fantastic week at Villa Sedona. We stayed with our 3 daughters, their partners and our 5 grandchildren, so 13 of us in total. Age range 68 - 9 months. The Villa is huge and was perfect for us all. The bedrooms have good furnishings and plenty of storage. The bathrooms were all equipped with shower gel/hand wash and nice big towels. The kitchen is really well equipped including a juicer, air fryer and pod coffee machine (which went down well). Plenty of travel cots/high chairs for the babies. Obviously the outside area is the most used and doesn't disappoint. The garden is really pretty and well looked after. The pool is fantastic. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone and all pool towels supplied. Also a nice area in the shade with rattan furniture when time's needed out of the sun. The outdoor eating areas are great, particularly the "bar" tables outside the BBQ kitchen. Plenty of fridges to keep the drinks cool and table tennis and giant connect 4 for the kids. We were met at the villa and shown around and left one of the biggest welcome packs we've ever received when renting a Villa. Thanks to Steve and Danielle for everything. We will definitely be back. The best Villa we've ever stayed in.
We are just back from a week in villa sedonna and we could not recommend it highly enough. We were a large group of 7 adults, 2 teenagers a baby and a toddler and the villa catered for everything we all needed. It's so spacious, we never felt on top of each other. Beautifully maintained inside and out, you can tell a lot of work goes into maintaining it. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and bbqing. So much storage space and plenty of fridges. Aircon in all the rooms and electronic shutters keep the rooms quiet and cool at night. Even little detail like providing travel cots and high chairs and even a little baby bouncer seat made things so easy for us. But the best thing about the villa is the outside pool area! It's a beautiful space to relax and swim during the day, plenty of sun loungers and beach towels provided. And in the evening there are 2 big dining tables where you can enjoy bbqs. Lovely shaded sofa areas for sitting out day or night. We had intended taking turns babysitting so people could have nights out but honestly none of us wanted to as it was so nice hanging out at the villa. We opted for a few days out or early dinners at the port or at arenal beach. Found some really nice family friendly restaurants. We didn't rent a car but probably would if we were staying again just for the supermarket runs but we managed fine with taxis. The local taxi firm was really helpful and reliable and taxis are around €10 to the beach/port/town Danielle and Steve were so friendly and helpful with any questions before and after we arrived. Also there was a lovely welcome pack there when we arrived, such a nice touch. Overall we has a fantastic week. Everyone in our party was so impressed with the villa and didn't want to leave! The Villa is beautiful and very homely. Everything you could wish for or need. On arrival there is a welcome basket in the kitchen which is a lovely touch. Steve was always on hand if we needed anything and Danni answered any questions over email promptly. Short drive in a Taxi to the beach which was one of the nicest beaches we had been too with a selection of Bars and Restaurants. We went away as a big family with children & the Villa was fully equipped to carter for all ages. Will definitely be returning, we had the best holiday here. xx
