The villa has 9 steps to The front door but has the car port which can have 3 cars in and no steps to entrance of the villa
The villa is.just under 5 minutes drive to the beautiful blue flag beach with al all the local bars/restaurants and nightclubs. The port and Javea old town ( market Thursdsys) is 10 minutes drive
Two local supermarkets are two minutes drive
Walking distance from the villa you have the Pinosol Park which has a children's play area and a bar/restaurant which you can eat in or takeaway and also the Pinosol Hotel. There is.a Mediterranean restaurant 4 minutes walk and a further two restaurants 10 minutes walk away
the villa has Wi-Fi, Mag box and also Netflix for your enjoyment when it's to hot to sit outside
Our price includes everything, no hidden extras with regards to end of linen change and aircon
Damage deposit is required on arrival and returned on check out
Towels are supplied but not beach towel.
