SUBTLE UNASSUMING LUXURY
Elegant one-bedroom maisonette, on the Kolitsani bay of the island of Ios. Its sandy beach, mostly unaffected by the northern seasonal winds of the Aegean, is completely inaccessible by vehicle. Thus, no bars or restaurants and only your own umbrellas!
Detached house of 58 m2
A one bedroom, one bathroom residence, ideal for one family with one or two children, comprising of :
- One bedroom, with one king size bed 180 X 200cm, spacious closets and a separate drawer, a small desk and a satelite TV.
- One comfordable bathroom, with two washbasins.
- A small living room equipped with a sofa of 70X190cm (easily expanding to 140X190cm), a small desk, a second TV, audio equipment empowering 8 low-dispersion- high-quality loudspeakers for outdoors, and, of course, a perfectly equipped kitchen corner.
- An entrance space with a 7kg washer and cabots for suitcase storage.
- A second open-air bathroom with shower.
- A 7X2,5m swimming pool (3,7m wide, where side-steps), pertains to the outdoors living area of 84 m2. This area, is protected by a 5X9 meter pergola, and is equipped with all the essential outdoor furniture, in addition to the large marble sink, wine cooler and small ice-maker.
Pool depth is 115cm.

The sandy beach” under the house is accessible through 38 (...not 39! ) stone steps, followed by a natural path to the sea.
SERVICES This is a self-catering rental. With the exception of pool maintenance, rates do not include any kind of service like house cleaning, cooking etc.

More specifically :
• - Pool maintenance is provided daily by our house guard, arriving around 07:00am and leaving at 09:00am. (Arrival time can be changed and adapted to your preference). This man will also clean the space around the pool and take care of the house garbage.
• - Linen and towels will be available to be changed twice a week.
• - Also pool & beach towels are provided free of charge.
• - Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet and kitchen paper are available in adwquate quantities.
• - Housekeeping service could be provided by a kleening-lady upon request. (at 25 euro / hour and a minimum charge of 50 euro/day)

• - Groceries can be ordered without having to move! Just tick on a list of groceries (in English) and the house management will arange delivery service though the “Rollan” supermarket of Ios (free of charge for orders over 40 €).
• - During your stay, english-french-german speaking manager can be reached by phone 24 hours/day and accompanied to the house.
• - Guests will be met at the porτ/heliport and accompanied to the house.
