Description

Private villa with heated pool, AC and free Wi-Fi

Casa Leoes is an outstanding 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa together with a spacious lounge, entrance hall, modern kitchen, guest cloakroom, and beautiful landscaped gardens. The villa overlooks the 2nd fairway on the 18-hole Gramacho Golf course, and the Club House and its restaurant is only a short 5 min walk from the villa. The villa has ample space for two, possibly three, families sharing a holiday and it offers all modern facilities. It has a prime position overlooking the golf course but yet being private and secluded from any neighbouring villas.

The open living areas, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom and the guest cloakroom are on the main ground floor. The master bedroom and another twin/double bedroom (both en-suite) are on the first floor with access to the balconies and the roof terrace. The fifth large double bedroom en-suite is on a lower basement level with an access to the pool and the gardens.

Air-conditioning in the ground floor and first floor bedrooms.

Glass patio doors lead from the living area to the swimming pool, the terrace areas and the garden. The pool has a shallow end and Roman steps and can be heated for an additional charge (250€/week). Plenty outdoor sitting areas and bbq.

Cot and highchair provided if requested. Mid-week maid service.

The clubhouse and its facilities (restaurant/bar, shop) are only a 3-min walk from the villa, and apart from two 18 hole golf courses the resort also offers a tennis court, putting green and children's play area for guests use. Carvoeiro sea side town with beautiful beaches, vast choice of restaurants and all other amenities is only a 5-min drive away.

Car hire recommended but not essential.

cant recommend this villa highly enough , amazing through and through and thanks to carrs villas that acted on behalf of simply owners who organised and made the rental an easy and trouble free holiday. the first villa I've had that hasn't been looted of toilet roll, soap and the likes of salt etc by an over keen maid , fantastically equipped with all cutlery, glass and crockery. as for the villa itself its was stunning , very clean in one of the best locations around carvoieiro. amazing rooms , gardens ,pool kitchen , just class.

This villa is a lot better than the pictures say. It is spacious and there is always a seat available in the shade. There were towels provided so you do not have to bring them. Enough fridge space (even an extra fridge in the garage and an extra freezer). The beds are pretty hard so it took some getting used to. Furthermore, the location is very central. We have done everything with the uber and they were there in 5 minutes and costs € 7- € 10 for a ride to beach Ferragudo. Inside there is a very large TV screen with satellite TV. Also a chromecast present so you can stream Netflix. Very handy if you want to put the children behind the TV. All in all a great stay !! ”

Gorgeous villa well decorated throughout n very very spacious - the outside spaces are exquisite with a good sized pool n fabulous terrace to boot overlooking the golf course and it’s very well located close to local beaches n just 5 mins from the water park - we had an absolutely amazing time here n highly recommend the villa as a great place to stay for a luxurious n relaxing place to stay.
