We had the best time at our Villa in June, booked through Carrs Holiday Villas, and managed by Sam. The pictures of the villa didn’t do it justice, and everything was perfect. Sam was on hand all the time during our stay, which was great. I would not hesitate in recommending the Villa, and we will definitely return Thanks Sam
This was our third holiday on the Gramacho resort but the first at Villa 235. It is the most peaceful wonderfull villa with amazing views, we had visits from some beautiful birds which was lovely. There is everything you need in the villa and lots of space it is just perfect. We have used Sam for a few years now to book our holidays and there is nothing that is too much trouble even when I had to call her early on a sunday because I could'nt work the alarm! We have already booked to go back to this villa next year. We cannot recomend this enough, the area is fantastic, the villa is fantastic and Fabio at the Gramacho bar does a fantastic sangria. Very sad that another stay in this wonderful villa has come to an end. Everything about this villa is perfection, we even had a friendly owl who came to visit us most days. Will we be back? You betcha.

Second time staying at this villa staying with two children this time, one 12 month old, still met all our needs and more. Pool and terrace with the view is outstanding. Clean and comfortable inside with all that we needed for the week. Ideal golfers retreat. From the moment we made our booking Sam couldn’t be more helpful and once there on call for anything which made our stay more enjoyable. We were very sad to leave.
Very nice and comfortable villa. Excellent located with view over hole no 4 Pinta. Modern kitchen, well equipped. Only downside was the temperature of swimming pool, we paid 400 euro for heating but system could deliver because of cold nights and cool breeze. Besides this, we recommend this villa, also because of excellent assistance by Sam Carr
