Villa in Carvoeiro, Gramacho Golf Estate - 5min Drive From Carvoeiro Town Centre And BeachesA beautiful, private 3-bedroomed/3-bathroomed villa in tranquil surroundings on Gramacho Golf & Country Estate. The villa is fully equipped to high specification and furnished with good taste and all rooms are air-conditioned. Fibre optic internet access is provided free of charge. The landscaped gardens surround the villa and there is a small lawn area for children to play. Stunning views overlooking the 4th green and back of the 5th fair-way (Vale de Pinta course). The villa has a security alarm and electric gates. The property is located on a small cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic. Off-road parking for two cars.
The villa has a master bedroom upstairs (en-suite) with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the swimming pool. The further two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor together with a spacious lounge opening up to the gardens/pool area and a modern kitchen. There are sofas, table and chairs plus 6 sunbeds around the pool area.
We can accommodate up to 7 persons with a foldable chair/sofa bed (no extra charge children up to 12 years).
The swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge (225€/wk) and it has a shallow end and Roman steps.
All bed linen and towels provided, including separate towels for pool/beach use.
Mid-week towel change included.
Saturday changeover in the summer months.
Winter lets are also possible for this villa.

Carvoeiro, a small residential seaside town with beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks, is only 5 mins drive away. The Golf Estate Restaurant/Club house is a few minutes walk and there is also a small local supermarket within easy walk. The estate has two 18-hole golf courses, a tennis court and children's play area as well as heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a new gym is being opened. The neighbouring Vale d'Oliveiras resort has a gym, spa and another two tennis courts. A state-of-the-art craft brewery and vineyard, Quinta dos Santos, with a tapas restaurant is also found within walking distance.

Amazing villa in great location
By Linda H on 16-Jul-2024The property was stunning - light, airy, modern and clean, with a great view. We stayed for two weeks and it was very relaxing, but also lots to do within a 30-minute drive when we wanted to explore. It was just an 8-10 minutes drive from the coast and several beautiful beaches. The clubhouse is a 5-minute walk away for food and drinks, and there’s a lovely restaurant and taproom about a 12-15 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend.

The pictures of the villa didn’t do it justice, and everything was perfect. Sam was on hand all the time during our stay, which was great. I would not hesitate in recommending the Villa, and we will definitely return Thanks Sam

It is the most peaceful wonderfull villa with amazing views, we had visits from some beautiful birds which was lovely. There is everything you need in the villa and lots of space it is just perfect. We have used Sam for a few years now to book our holidays and there is nothing that is too much trouble even when I had to call her early on a sunday because I could'nt work the alarm! We have already booked to go back to this villa next year. We cannot recomend this enough, the area is fantastic, the villa is fantastic and Fabio at the Gramacho bar does a fantastic sangria. We just can't wait until next year. Thanks Sam x
Pure joy
