We stayed at the villa for 11 nights and everyone agreed that the place was fantastic - we didn't want to leave. We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is especially well supplied with everything you could need. The house is a lovely size and everyone having their own bathrooms was also a bonus. The garden area was lovely and received the sun at all times of day/evening with lots of seating areas and a lovely bbq area. Outdoor toilet and shower was also handy to have. Pool was a very good size and we paid extra to have it heated and it was very much worth it. Villa was very clean and tidy and also secured with codes to enter the gates/driveway. The location was ideal for us - close enough to towns but a nice quiet area. We hired a car and this was a great location to travel around from. 15 mins into albufeira. There were also bus stops out on the main street so would still be ideal location if not driving. Very close to shops/supermarkets/bars and restaurants. We got takeaways from a couple of places and everywhere was excellent. The communication with the owners was very smooth and a couple of issues from our side were resolved promptly when I spoke with the owners. All in all we couldn't fault our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

Hi Rick & Fiona We stayed in the villa in 2017 and it was so nice we decided to return again this year. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the new kitchen, it looked amazing. There is plenty of pots, glasses and cutlery. It had everything we needed. Also in a couple of the bedrooms the en-suite had been updated too and it brings it right up there to be one of the best villas we’ve stayed in, and there’s been a few. Manuel who looks after things is always helpful and pleasant if you need anything. I would like to thank Rick and Fiona for letting us stay there in June when normally their family comes to stay in the villa. It really is a wonderful villa, we couldn’t have wished for more. An absolutely wonderful villa! The location is fantastic and the place is HUGE. The property manager is a complete delight to work with and the owner is lovely. We thoroughly loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, professionally kept villa in the Algarve. Nothing but great things to say about it!!

Het verblijf heeft onze verwachting overtroffen, de kamers/badkamers waren prima, het zwembad werd zeer regelmatig gebruikt (4 kleine kinderen) en de ruimte om het huis was meer dan voldoende voor de zon/schaduw en lekker buiten eten.
