Description

Villa Paloma is situated in a QUIET and PEACEFUL location on the edge of this typical Spanish village called Villaverde and has uninterrupted views to the nearby extinct volcano, Montana Escanfraga. This modern villa is very spacious and has a large open plan lounge with separated dining area, separate well equipped kitchen with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). We have a high chair and cot. There is a BBQ in the garden. The property is situated in private walled gardens which are secluded and there is a private heated pool with large sun terrace and garden furniture together with a private roof terrace (and is therefore suitable for naturist). The villa's interior is fully furnished and equiped and has tiled floors throughout all on one level ( no steps). A holiday at Villa Paloma is suitable for families. groups of friends and couples looking for peace, privacy away from the busy tourist areas.

The village of Villaverde (in the north of Fuerteventura) has 2 supermarkets, 6 good restaurants and bakery and cafe which is a must visit, all within walking distance. The many award winning beaches within an easy 15 minute drive away and the larger town of Corralejo is just a 10 minute drive away.
The airport is about 30 mins away, car hire recommended.
Now with British TV channels and BBC radio. We also have Free WiFi.

Pool heating is optional at a cost of £100 per week

We can take payment by bank transfer in pounds sterling and euros. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 5 weeks before departure. An English speaking management company look after the villa and are your contacts whilst staying.

If you can be flexible on dates we can advise on availability. High season weeks are usually Saturday to Saturday, please telephone and speak to us in person with any queries, please do, infact we welcome it, other sites refuse to do this.

Note, booking fees and commission on OTHER sites can range from 20-40% making the weekly rates more expensive. Simply owners is the best value site to reserve our villa directly with us the owners.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay at villa paloma very much. A week of sun and hot weather for all 6 of us away from the cold weather in UK. The villa was great, peaceful and quiet, well equiped, clean and comfortable. Nice outside area with loungers and chairs etc. All in all a great place to stay. Good communication with the owners. Thanks and we''ll hopefully be back. Thanks. Brian and the gang.
