The apartment is furnished and equipped. The main bedroom has a double bed, with a wardrobe, the second bedroom has twin beds, a built in double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both bathrooms have showers. The main bathroom also has a bidet. There is a hallway with double doors leading into the main living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. There is TV, a DVD player and radio with a CD player. The Lounge and both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The apartment is in the residential village of Los Pacos, with the thriving town of Fuengirloa just minutes away by bus. The wonderful beach of Los Boliches is very safe and family friendly and only 5 mins. drive or 20 mins. walk. There is a bus service just outside the apartment that will take you to Los Boliches and you can catch the bus to Fuengirola just over the road from the bus stop in Los Boliches.

There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment block. On the walk into the village of Los Pacos there are a couple of bars/restaurants. In the village itself, which is a 5 min. walk, there are several bars/restaurants, a newsagents, chemist, butchers, greengrocers, lovely patisserie, hairdressers, etc.. Opposite the apartment is a tennis club which also has a cafe and 2 safe secluded play parks for young children. There is also a dog park nearby. In the immediate area there are water sports facilities, aqua -park, horse riding, zoo, boulles, golf courses, and an English cinema. Just a 15 min. drive there is Tivoli World fun park, a cable car ride, and Sea Life Benalmadena. Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Gibraltar and Tangiers are all easily visited by organised coach trips or independently by car. For the shoppers there is Miramar, a large shopping mall with internationally known shops. Los Boliches and Fuengirola have plenty of locally owned shops of a high standard. there are more bars and restaurants than you could possibly imagine in the famous Fish Ally in Fuengirola. Or you could take the bus to the internationally known town of Marbella and Peurto Banus and people watch or shop in the many designer shops. There is a huge market in Fuengirola on Tuesdays and a smaller market on Sundays which is further along, near the castle.

The apartment is approx 20 mins drive from Malaga airport. The cost of a taxi is approx 40 to 45 euros. There is the coastal railway that runs every 30 mins. to Los Boliches the nearest station to the apartment. The cost per person is approx 4 euros. Or you can take the train to Fuengirola and take a taxi from Fuengirola station to the apartment. You can also get off at Los Boliches and the bust stop (No. 4) is 1 minute away.
