This secluded and exclusive semi detached villa has three double bedrooms with family bathrooms on every level, terraces, garden and patio that allows for family meals to be enjoyed outside in the sunshine, shaded by the automatic blind or inside. Located in Forte Dei Marmi and a short walk (300m) from the fabulous Filippo restaurant (with the best Focaccia fresh from the pizza oven), Gelatoria Imperiale, Europa Tennis & Padel courts (600m) or just a ten minute bicycle ride to the beach (5 minute drive). We bicycle to the nearby (1.5 km approximately 10 minutes) RG Supermercato for food but there are nearer local shops (Enoteca Morena) that provide speciality food and wine at via Barbiera and essentials such a bread and milk at Panetteria Nicolini 600 m together with Bar and Tabacchi amongst others on Via Sant'Elme. For additional entertainment there is a table tennis, free WiFi, television, DVD player. The centre of town is approximately 10 minutes bicycle ride. The air conditioning units are in all the bedrooms and the ground floor living room. It is central to get everywhere but also quiet to enjoy privacy.

Forte dei Marmi is the Italian riviera and famous for the long sandy beaches and beach clubs that cater for all needs. Beach clubs come with swimming pool, restaurant, entertainment it is provided by booking your beach club of choice. Drinks and food are ordered at the beach club.
The famous fashion designer shops are all present and there is a market on Wednesday mornings.
