On the opposite side of the condo are the large guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a powder room.
Condo amenities include 4 TV's with cable - in the living room and each bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a heated swimming pool, under building parking (1 space), and an elevator. The Palms Condo Association charges a $100.00 Guest registration fee. Effective 3/3/2021 - Grills have been removed.
