This vast luxury apartment in Urbanisation El Presidente, Estepona, is located between Estepona and Marbella on the Costa del Sol, in an area known as the "New Golden Mile". El Presidente is an established urbanisation offering many facilities one would not normally expect to find. The urbanisation is located just off the A7 (N340) coast road (which runs from Algeciras to Malaga and beyond), making it very easy to reach from both the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar (45 minutes from either). It is also great for sightseeing - Granada, Seville and Malaga cities are all possible for a day trip from here. We can arrange these excursions for you in a private 8 seater air conditioned mini bus.

Within the grounds of the El Presidente apartments you will find five large swimming pools (the largest of which has Roman steps for easy entry/exit) with plenty of sun beds/loungers. One of the 5 pools is located near to the apartment which can be seen from the balconies. There are 6 tennis courts, padel court, a basketball court, children's play area and small football pitch, all set in beautiful, well established and stunningly maintained tropical gardens. Please note that the swimming pool located outside the apartment is a quieter pool, the family pool is about four minutes walking from the apartment through the grounds. Apart from all of these great facilities, the apartment is also only 100 metres from the sea and is absolutely perfect for great family holidays on the Costa del Sol.

This stunning vast first floor apartment, located in Estepona offers supremely comfortable family accommodation for up to 8 people and overlooks beautifully maintained tropical gardens.

There are four very large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a large TV room with a sofa which can accommodate a further two guests. There is s separate cloakroom/WC. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has the ultimate most high powered fibre optic wifi throughout. Entering the apartment, you will find the fully equipped spacious kitchen with dishwasher, to the left. Straight ahead is the enormous dining room and lounge with a large terrace at the end overlooking one of the many pools and the tropical gardens. The very large terrace has a dining table and seating for eight people. The lounge has a large television with virtually every English channel , sports channels etc plus literally hundreds of the most up to date movies. From the hall way, you will find the large TV room with a double sofa bed and two chairs plus an additional television with all the UK channels. The cloakroom (WC and hand basin) is off the corridor. On this level there is also an extremely luxurious large double bedroom with super kingsize bed and en-suite shower room with WC. This room also has a lovely balcony. Up a set of 3 stairs are the three final bedrooms: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom offering walk-in shower, separate bath, WC and twin hand basins. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath, hand basin and WC). Finally, the amazing master suite also has an extremely large terrace overlooking one of the pools and the tropical gardens, with two sun loungers, some additional seating and a running machine. There is also a television in the master suite with all the UK channels. The master suite has a brand new high quality super king size deluxe bed worth £8,000 and a treadmill on the private terrace. Also a 2 person private sauna. The huge en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, WC and bidet. The apartment has a spacious fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and drying area. This is a magnificent, absolutely huge luxury apartment suitable for either one or two families, on a very prestigious estate.

The apartment is only a short walk or just a few minutes by car, from lovely restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops, only 5/6 mins drive from glamorous Puerto Banus Marina and situated across the road from El Paraiso Golf Club. Other local golf courses are Guadalmina, Aloha, Las Brisas and Atalaya Park. There are more than 50 restaurants, bars, pubs and banks, all within a short walk from the property. There is every kind of cuisine possible; Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, French, Lebanese, fish and chip restaurant, or if you prefer there are several English pubs.

Puerto Banus 5-6 minutes, the old town of Marbella 10-12 minutes, Estepona Port 8-10 minutes, San Pedro 3 minutes, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" 10 minutes, water park 30 minutes, ski resort Sierra Nevada one and a half hours and historical mountain villages Ronda 50 minutes, Casares 25 minutes and Mijas 30 minutes. All distances given are for travel by car. There are also lovely mountain walks through pine forests with spectacular views. This really is a truly lovely and idyllic location!

The beach is literally just 100 metres from the apartment. It is a natural beach and if you walk along approx. 300 metres to the right you will come to Salduna beach. if you walk along approx. 1200 metres to the right there is a beautiful restaurant called “Pepe's on the Beach” which serves fresh food, meat, fish, pasta etc. and has been there for many years and is very well known in the area. Its worth noting that the beach at San Pedro, a five min drive away, has good facilities for children (playgrounds on beach and off the beach) and across the road, there is a very good Bar/Childrens play area (Bar Los Arcos) to keep children busy while adults enjoy a cold drink! Also a short drive away are Heaven and Puerto Banus beaches. All of the beaches mentioned (apart from the natural beach) have sunbeds and parasols.

San Pedro is a stunning small town with two distinctive aspects to it. One aspect is the beach area which is full of beautiful beach restaurants. In fact many time in the past, Princess Diana and sons Prince William and Prince Harry were seen frequenting the restaurants and beaches here. There is a beautiful promenade where you can walk through to Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is a very exclusive and glamorous marina, where you can mingle with the rich and famous and admire their beautiful yachts, There are lots of beautiful shops to look at around the marina, including many designer names, such as Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo and Versace. You can have a meal or just enjoy a drink in one of the many restaurants and bars there too. The second aspect of San Pedro is the old town with literally hundreds of bodegas, bars, restaurants and old churches, on cobbled streets and typically Andalusian, but with some beautiful modern shops as well. You could literally eat in a different restaurant every day for a year and beyond! San Pedro is less than three minutes drive from Puerto Banus and is also walking distance. It is a 20 minute walk into San Pedro from our property, or just a few minutes by car as it is only one and a half miles away. Behind San Pedro, there is a mountain road which leads to the stunning village of Ronda, which will take approximately 50 minutes by car with breathtaking scenery en-route!

The Costa del Sol is one of the most beautiful areas on the Spanish coast, including the lovely Marbella, San Pedro and Puerto Banus There are lovely places to visit and shop, in addition to some beautiful beaches. If you hire a car, there are beautiful mountain villages such as Ronda and Mijas, which are well worth visiting. You could also take a drive to Gibraltar (about 40 mins by car) which is very good for shopping (don't forget your passports). Tarifa, just past Gibraltar, has the finest beaches in Europe. There are many historical sights to visit and Seville is only just over a 2 hour drive away and is spectacular. You also have the Sierra Nevada ski resport, which is approx a one and a half hour drive and is worth visiting there in the summer as well. It is 11,500 feet high and has amazing scenery. Also, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" is only a 10 minute drive away. The Costa del Sol, Marbella area, was voted one of the top 3 places in the world to go on holiday to, by the New York Herald.

A very spacious,clean,family friendly apartment.Short stroll to fab restaurants and a cheap public transport. We hired a car for the duration of our stay but hardly used it. Will definitely return next year.
