This apartment is set in an urbanisation in a rural setting and has been totally refurbished at a cost of 40,000 euros inside. It has 2 bathrooms both with full size baths, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed in the master bedroom which has the en suite bathroom, 2 single beds in the other bedroom. Both have inverter air conditioning units as does the lounge, again the most expensive type of machine as they use about 30% less electricity. The beds are pocket sprung, spring interior memory foam mattresses, the most expensive there are. The hot water tank is 200 litres, all the other flats are 100 litres. There is a safe and an alarm. The kitchen is large, and the lounge dining area is also large, with a dining table for 6 people. It is double glazed and has a good sized patio which is looking South, across to the El Paraiso Golf Club 200 yards away. There is free parking 10 yards away, and there are only 2 steps up to the flat. There is a large pool 60 yards away. It has Wifi from 300mb fibre optic internet with 180 TV channels, about 50 of which are UK channels. These are sent from the fibre feed so never need rebooting like most internet based systems. It also has the community system which has BBC1, BBC2, BBC4, Cbeebies, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky News, BBC News, Sky Sports 1, 2, and 3, which now are Main Event, Cricket and Golf, and they are satellite derived. There are 2 security guards on the complex every night who carry a mobile phone for contacting them. We recommend a car whilst staying at this apartment. The owner has a car rental business at Malaga airport and can offer competitive prices. Please enquire for details. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are approx 5 mins by car, El Paraiso Golf Club is also 5 mins by car or a 200 yard walk from the apartment through a pedestrian gate. Malaga airport 50 mins by car. Minimum rental 6 nights. Refundable security deposit 200 EUR.
