Our luxury, executive 4 Bed 3 bath vacation villa is situated in the prestigious gated-community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. It is located off Ronald Reagan Blvd, which is within easy access to Hwy 27, US 192 and I4. With Disney World being only a 15 minute drive away and close access to all other major theme parks and the coast, this makes our home an ideal base for your holiday.
Kevin & Mandy, based in Cheshire, UK, are the owners of the villa. DeAnna is our fabulous local property manager in Orlando & Rebekah will assist you directly with any rental enquires and bookings.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa has its own private pool and conservation views. Comes with a cable-equipped 65" SMART TV in the lounge, cable TV in all the bedrooms and free WIFI high speed internet access. The villa is fitted with a burglar alarm and patio door/pool alarm. There is also a new air conditioning system installed in June 2024.

Front Lounge: A wonderful sitting area at the front of the villa featuring contemporary furnishings and vibrant décor. Overlooks the formal dining room.
Living Room: Overlooking the pool at the rear lies the large, light, and modern living room with 65" SMART TV with cable and Blu-Ray DVD player. Furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and an armchair, coffee table, side tables, ceiling fan, soft lighting and sophisticated décor. Alarmed patio doors (child safety) lead to pool area. A lovely area to unwind at the end of a busy day.
Kitchen
Beautifully fitted with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, waste disposal, coffee maker, and a full complement of kitchen equipment. All cookware, server ware, and utensils are provided- every possible item you would need to create a delicious meal! Countertop seating for 4 guests.
Dining
A breakfast nook with table and 6 chairs is immediately adjacent to the kitchen and living room.
Formal Dining Room: A wonderful, modern dining set for 6 guests to enjoy a meal together. Overlooked by the front lounge.

Completely screened pool deck overlooking conservation area to the rear. Covered lanai with dining table and chairs for 6 guests with overhead lighting and fan and gas bar-b-que, ideal for outside entertaining. Soak up the sun on the provided pool loungers or cool off in the crystal-clear pool.
