Travelled with my husband, daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law, 2 3 year old granddaughters, 5 year old granddaughter, niece and her husband for a 9 night vacation. The house was exactly as pictured and it was a wonderful stay. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and all that was asked for was ready for us.
This Solterra villa was the perfect vacation home for our family! The pictures don’t lie, this home was as amazing as the pictures displayed. The size and layout of the home was very spacious and accommodated everyone. The furniture was comfortable and very good quality. I would buy this home in a minute. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, all have TVs, ceiling fans and spacious closets. The 6 bathrooms were all fantastic, some with separate water closets and double vanities. The 2nd living area with game table and games room in the garage was a big hit and a fantastic way to spend time inside. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed, more than enough of dishes and cutlery! The laundry room had additional cleaning items like a vacuum and the washer and dryer were in great working order. The outdoor pool area was perfect, the loungers, furniture, outdoor tv, ceiling fans and lighting were all fantastic. And loads of great pool toys! The property management team quickly responded when we contacted them about the pool spa not shutting off and the problem was resolved quickly. They were very helpful! We look forward to future visits to this home!
We take a lot of trouble to choose the right villa for us and had looked at dozens of others before we found this one. We wanted the right configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool to be south / south west facing, not overlooked or too close to neighbours, games room, breakout lounge etc. This had it all. The villa was spotless on arrival, well stocked and beautifully presented. It really was a great place to stay.
My family had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s home. It was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Our favourite part of our stay was the outdoor area. It was very quiet and private. Perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful heated pool and spa. This home is great for families and very near theme parks and other Orlando destinations. It truly felt like a home away from home. A crib, pack and play, high chair, and baby monitor were all provided. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. The kitchen has a lovely coffee station with tea and coffee provided. It is also stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you would need. Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early as well. We look forward to returning very soon.
The home is spacious as can be. It’s very pretty decorated and very comfortable. The pool is a nice relaxing place to be! The lights make it nice for a night swim. The hot tub is nice and spacious as well and heats quickly. The property managers are very responsive and helpful! Pat, the owner, is a very kind lady and I wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else. We had the pleasure of staying in this home for 3 weeks, and this was our second stay here. It is a fantastic home and we are never disappointed with the comfort, cleanliness, and most of all, the pool and views! The pool deck is the highlight of the home.....very spacious with plenty of seating, and lots of privacy with a lovely pasture behind it. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook, and each bed in the home is comfortable (our family/guests slept in all of them). We love the games room and the upstairs living room area where kids can watch television while adults visit downstairs. Our baby granddaughter was with us for a week this year, and we made use of all of the baby equipment provided. The home owners, Pat and Clive, provide a top notch quality home and the management company is very helpful with any needs during our stay. Our family loves all the fun things at the Solterra Resort clubhouse.....lazy river, water slide, playground for young ones, snack bar, and tennis courts. You will not be disappointed when you stay in Solterra Sunshine!
