Description

Our villa is nestled in the quint village of Cozvijar with panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and only a 30 minute drive from Cozvijar to the stunning city of Granada (with airport), a 40 minute drive to the Costa tropical and an hours drive to the Ski Centre, Sierra Nevada.

The architectural designed house has a calm and cool feel, perfect for the ultimate get away. It has a large private pool , a mini-market and a few bars only a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away.

The villa can be rented entirely and sleeps 10 people.

The main house is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 x king size bedrooms (1 en-suite) 2 x twin bedroom (1 bunk bed room) and a double sofa bed room. There is a shared bathroom and shower room with traditional Spanish tiles. All have matching handmade, bespoke wardrobes, dressing tables and strategically placed mirrors. All bedrooms have private Juliet balconies to admire the spectacular views. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge, diner and kitchen decorated in a traditional Spanish style. The living space is an open plan lounge, diner and fully equipped kitchen with double doors that lead onto the large patio for alfresco dining.

The roof terrace is the perfect place to soak up golden hour and enjoy a sundowner. There is a cushioned seating area, table and chairs, fridge and sink.

All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as beach towels.

If you want to venture from the house, it is perfectly placed near mountains, the beach, historical city and quintessential Spanish villages. It is also close to award winning golf courses. There are a range of beaches with sunbeds and chinringuito serving food and drinks. In the house, we have provided information about interesting places to visit along with recommendations for great places to eat where homemade food from locally sourced ingredients is served.

Clean and in great condition

We met up with old friends coming from different directions and this was the ideal venue, large enough for several adults and kids, and with the open plan kitchen and dining area opening to the pool we were spoilt for choice. Great location and views with easy access to local amenities and sights. Clean and in great condition highly recommended!

Perfect location

Perfect location and house for a family holiday. The village has everything you need, local supermarket, pharmacy, bars, bakeries, play parks, fab walks and a wonderful house and pool. It makes the perfect location to have days ‘at home’ and then close enough to so many other places to have days out too… the beach, the mountains, other villages, amazing restaurants, markets, historic Granada, shopping, water parks, horse riding the list is endless. Can’t wait to go back. X

Perfect holiday house

Beautiful home, pool and lovely living areas. Fantastic entertaining area near the pool. We loved walking down to the local bar in the evenings, everyone is very welcoming, beautiful walks from the home. Short drive to Granada. I would recommend this holiday home to everyone. Look forward to going back.
