Villa Victoria is a Vacation rental home in Costa
Teguise just 150 metres from Playa Bastian- this is a truly luxurious 4-bedroomed, 3-bathroom family-friendly villa, fully equipped with all the extra family and children equipment you will need on a luxury holiday we offer video tours on our change over days via WhatsApp pls enquire
Our single-floor, Spanish bungalow-style villa features a beautiful 8-metre by 4-metre heated, mosaic swimming pool. The pool is guaranteed a minimum of 28 degrees thanks to our electrically and solar-powered swimming pool heating system, making our villa the perfect choice for winter holidays and also air-con giving heat and cool temps when required for all bookings of 6 plus - for small bookings we offer free solar heating only
The villa benefits from large front and rear alfresco dining and relaxing areas, which are fully equipped with BBQ, lounge seating and dining tables.
We can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 under 5 years in the nursery (plus 2 infants free of charge in cots) and 2 young teens in the lounge on the sofa bed.
The pools are child-proofed with safety gates for our guests’ peace of mind, and fully equipped with baby and child toys to keep the little ones occupied while the adults relax in the tropical island climate.
The living area in Villa Victoria is spacious with a very large lounge, and a separate dining room with access to the front and rear of the sunny patio. There is also a fabulous, gated play area for children which has a large sunshade pergola so children can play safely all day long!
The villa is set in tropical private gardens and is designed with families and young children in mind. We also have 2 adult bikes with infant seats and assorted child bikes and pushchairs for your use completely free of charge.
We offer the following equipment free of charge trampoline, Wendy house, slide and sand/water table and table tennis for the teens.

Please note, that we take a retainer deposit from your credit card of £250 to cover the damage of our property. This will be returned to you immediately once we have inspected for any damage (minus agreed damages), once you have returned home. We supply full retainer conditions before booking.
Villa Victoria is perfectly located, meaning you do not need to hire a car if you do not wish to. The nearest beach is a mere 700 metres away and the local shops, bars and restaurants are just 150 metres away, so walking to the close amenities is not a problem for most travellers.
If you want soft play or bowling, this is located at Santa Rosa, just 100m away from the villa, and the nearest park is just 50 metres away!
Getting to Villa Victoria is easy. Taxis at the airport which will cost roughly €20-25. We are happy to recommend a transfer service and of course, car hire (should you wish to take it) is very reasonably priced. There is also a reliable and cost-effective bus service all around the island.
Should you wish to walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, the walk along the beautiful promenade will take roughly 15 mins. Or if you prefer a taxi, the cost is just roughly €4
Booking with us is a synch. Just let us know the dates you require, and we will hold those dates for you, then we take a deposit at the point of booking. The deposit is £500 per week plus a 1.5% card fee (£7.50 per £500 deposit). We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express). All transactions are carried out securely and for your peace of mind, we can supply utility bills for both Villa Victoria to prove we are legitimate.
Balance payments must be made at least 8 weeks before your arrival (if booked in advance). We are happy to accept a bank transfer for this payment if you prefer.
Please note that we charge FULL OCCUPANCY during peak times (school holidays, Christmas, and New Year).
We like to speak to all clients arriving to ensure that the property matches your exact requirements, so we will need to speak to you on the phone before booking. We always speak to clients at least 2 weeks before they arrive to answer any questions they may have and to ensure the best customer service.
Should your booking be affected by Covid quarantine being imposed for more than 3 days, and you are double vaccinated, we will allow you to book alternate dates or offer a credit note for the full amount paid. This can only be offered on a one-time basis.

We are just 100 metres from the Santa Rosa apartments so if we do not have the correct dates, you need and want to book for example, 8 nights some of our guests have booked an additional night there.

We were a family of 6 Adults and 2 toddlers and Health & Safety is paramount and this is something that Sue & Des have got spot on! A heated and gated pool, play area ( gated) and inside the very spacious villa, are safety gates at various points, which of course avoided accidents. Furnished inside and out , to a very high spec, comfortable beds/ cots and bbq, cutlery, bowls, plates in abundance so we could make use of dishwasher- in fact just everything you need for a relaxing stay. The list of extras you get with this Villa are too numerous to mention. Worth looking at all pics and features listed on website. We will definitely be booking a 3rd holiday. Thanks Sue & Des

Family Christmas in the Sun
By Robert on 29-Dec-2024We had a lovely Christmas at this villa. Most definitely home from home. Perfect for children of all ages. We had a 9 and 5 year old with us and we had to drag them away from the warm pool to go on outings. It’s the little things that make a difference when you rent somewhere, the radio left on for our arrival, an umbrella left for us as it was raining the day we arrived. A lovely welcome pack. Beautiful Christmas decorations and tree. A sewing box when we needed one. Lots of provisions to get you started. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable and happy. Communication is excellent and our retainer has already been returned just a few hours after we’ve left the villa. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. Perfect for a family holiday.

It's a beautiful well kept villa with loads of space for our family of 8. It is beautifully furnished with good size bedrooms.The children who are both 4 were never bored,a trampoline plenty of toys and a good sized swimming pool. The villa is very private with good sized security fences, There is so much space for either sitting in the shade or the sun, and because of this people are not on top of each other, Sue Yates and her family have been great hosts, very obliging with us not wanting for anything.

By Mandy on 19-Oct-2024Beautiful Villa, Left on Oct 19, 2024 for a stay in Oct 2024 I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Victoria, the Villa is lovely and clean and very spacious, the many outdoor seating areas were great for all the family. The pool was lovely and warm and was enjoyed by everyone. The Villa is like a home from home with everything you could ever need and more, it is equipped with everything you need for a stay, with loads of baby and children's things, very family friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and the ceiling fans and air conditioning made it very easy to have a good night sleep. It is very easy to walk to the shops and nearby restaurants about 10 to 15 minutes and very easy to get a taxi for further out. I would thoroughly recommend this Villa to anyone, we had a fantastic stay and hope to stay again. Sue our host was excellent, and is great at giving you all the information you need and is at the end of the phone if you have any issues.
