Located close to amenities in a popular area in the resort of Costa Teguise this 5 bedroom villa is perfect for a family holiday and couples. The property is on 2 levels with the main 4 bedroom villa on the ground level and a 1 bedroom self contained apartment on the first floor accessed by an external staircase. Each sitting room has an air con/heating unit also two of the bedrooms downstairs and the upstairs bedroom. A secluded rectangular private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with a hot tub to seat 6. The interior is comfortably furnished throughout with modern fitted kitchens in the apartment and villa with filtered water. The popular town square with bars restaurants and weekly market is just a five minute walk and the sandy beach of Las Cucharas just a 10 minute stroll. This central but peaceful location is perfect for a get away from it all holiday.
