Lillos is a 3 bed 3 bath property Lillos with amazing sea views on the Costa Teguise golf estate is a truly family-friendly villa on the outskirts of Costa Teguise golf club- just a 6 euro taxi into the main square of Costa Teguise so a car advised but not essential- set in a 1250 meter plot with magnificent sea and mountain views 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms plus a double sofa bed + exterior and interior hot tub benefits from a large private heated pool and interior jacuzzi and exterior hot tub charges included plus free air con providing heat and cool - no extra charge. With a lovely play area, the villa sleeps 7 people.The villa is also ideal for wheelchair users please ask for a call back so we can explain further how the villa may suit your family member who is disabled. The villa has a landline number offering free telephone calls for taxis and has all modern comforts - we offer video tours by appointment via WhatsApp
- Car hire can be arranged from the airport or collection service for 23 euros from Arrecife airport to our villa
We have a tourist license and have been letting for many years in our other villa Villa Victoria 7 Los Helechos Costa Teguise (on simply owners is P56746)
For families with infants we have for your free use:- a travel cot with mattress/high chair/low chair/baby monitor/potty/baby bath/baby walker/pushchair/baby bedding.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for cool or heat and the pool has a heat pump set at 28 degrees with solar cover for swimming with a nice warm pool throughout the year
We supply an assortment of children’s bikes that can be used on the huge circular driveway- we take all credit card payments for a charge of 1.5% - deposits are £500 per week with the remainder due 8 weeks before arrival-
The villa is for the sole use of the guests submitted on our booking form only we do not allow any other guests into our villa - so sorry no parties, etc, and bookings are accepted only via adults over 30 years unless they are traveling with parents, etc

We were 4 adults and 2 children people and seeking some winter sun and were well catered for in this huge villa with its enormous bathrooms and vast array of gadgets. The hot tub was a great way to start the day and warm up in the pool was just right to cool off and play in during the aftrenoon. I don't think I'd want to stay here without a car to fetch groceries and reach the restaurants and takeaways of the town (as there is nothing within short walking distance) but with one the beaches and sights were easily accessible. It is well placed, well maintained, and we were well looked after. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the sea from the garden and set behind the mountains and villas behind. We recommend the nice walk around the volcano you can see from the porch too but didn't test the golf. Thank you too for the box full of pool toys and the use of the body boards.

5 Star Luxury
By Dawn Beadle on 14-Jan-20245 Star Luxury Villa Left on Jan 12, 2024 for a stay in Dec 2023 From the moment that you enter the villa via the private, gated entrance, it has the ''''wow'''' factor. There is a huge private frontage, complete with numerous sun loungers, seating and hot tub. The rear of the property also has lots of space with plenty of areas to sunbathe or shade. It also has a really warm swimming pool which is well maintained. It''''s located in a quiet area, with fabulous views towards the sea and within walking distance to the golf club. Whilst a hire car would be useful, we found that we didn''''t need one, as a 7 seater taxi is 5 euros into the centre. We can also highly recommend Allen for taxi support, especially for supermarket visits or trips further afield (his info is provided by Sue also). The villa inside, is huge. There were 5 adults in our party and we had loads of space to chill. There is a large open plan lounge and kitchen, as well as a huge conservatory for dining and relaxing (including a drinks refrigerator and bar). All of the bedrooms have really comfortable beds and pillows. The wardrobes also have plenty of coat hangers!! The interior is furnished and equipped to a really high standard. It is spotlessly clean, benefitting from regular cleans (Sue has a great team of cleaners, maintenance people, who make sure both the inside and outside is immaculate ). There is also fresh bedding and lots of towels (as well as beach/pool towels). Sue and Des are incredible hosts and genuinely do want to make sure that you have everything that you may need to enjoy your holiday. Sue was frequently in contact before and during our stay, ensuring we had all of the information, and to check that all was ok with the villa. She was always on hand to help out with advice or recommendations. She really does go above and beyond what you would expect. Thank you Sue and Des. We will definitely be back

By Mathew Potts on 14-Jan-2024Fact best villa ever 5 star Left on Jan 12, 2024 for a stay in Dec 2023 Absolutely amazing ,wow wow wow so much thought and time spent on this villa ,our boys thought it was amazing played pool day and night ,loved the heated pool all day ,spent the evenings in the hot tub ,honestly we didn''''t want to leave such a fantastic villa ,the host sue fantastic lady who really goes above and beyond to make sure you have all information you need for everything. So many great things in the villa you don''''t need to leave if you don''''t want to .excellent stay sad to come home and looking to book ASAP for this year thank you sue and Derek for a wonderful stay.also big thanks to Alan sues brother in law who takes you shopping thank you see you all soon

We cannot recommend this villa enough or the owners Sue and Derek, also not forgetting Sue''''s brother Alan who were all willing to assist with the smallest of queries. The experience from querying availability to a video tour of the villa, food shop, transfer service etc. Is second to none. Sue has thought of everything, so many tips, recommendation for shopping, eating out, trips and many more! The villa and contents are stunning, it is huge, lovely spaces outside if you want to grab sone "me," time, read a book, enjoy the peace and quiet and of course the stunning views. We didn''''t hire a car, used the taxis in the evening if we ventured out for a meal but honestly the villa, setting and location is truly stunning, you don''''t have to venture out if you don''''t want to. The pool is a great size, heated and in a perfect location at the back of the villa. If you''''re a sun worshiper, this is the place for you as you can sunbathe all day! But don''''t worry there are plenty of shaded areas too to cool down or keep cool in. We visited the Aquapark a couple of times which is a 10-15 leisurely walk away and is to be recommended the boys had a ball! The pool table, table tennis and basketball were used regularly by the boys, we never heard "we''''re bored" once! We were sad to leave, our 10 days went by so quickly and have no hesitation in recommending this to our families and friends. We will certainly return, but we''''re off to Sue''''s other property Villa Victoria in Summer 2024.
The most perfect situated villa with my disabled child

The villa is exceptionally clean the pool is stunning and a wonderful temperature . I would like to thank the owner Sue for all her help and assistance providing so much information on places to take my children as i have a disabled child some places are very restricted. Sue went over and above to assist me you wouldn''''''''t believe, always kept in contact asking if i needed anything and this did not go unnoticed excellent service.We will defiantly return without a doubt. 10 out of 10 .

Left on Oct 25, 2022 for a stay in Oct 2022 We stayed here 1st-7th October before moving onto Sue''''''''''''''''s other villa (Villa Victoria) also in Lanzarote. We brought our bikes from home as we are avid cyclists and we have always wanted to cycle in Lanzarote. However, next time we return we would be tempted to hire bikes as there''''''''''''''''s so many rental places around! Villa Lillos is a modern, huge beautiful villa with 360 views and a sun trap all around the villa. A beautiful pool area with lots of seating and sunbathing spots. So much space for exercising as we like to keep fit when we go abroad. Amazing mountain views and a quiet, safe location. It has a super social aspect with a huge kitchen, family room and dining room all interconnecting, an amazing villa for a family. Lots of kids amenities also! The pool was so lovely and warm in both villas, which you wouldn''''''''''''''''t find in hotel complexes. We loved to visit the golf club bar and it sold the most amazing bear, Dorada Especial, it is my favourite drink now! Town is just a 30 minute walk away and we got a taxi back most nights for just 5 euros MAX and that included a tip!! Sue has lots of secure storage so it was easy to put our bikes away when they weren''''''''''''''''t being used. We cycled to Teguise, Haria, Nazarette in which we then visited The Lagomar and Arrecife. Overall, an amazing break away, October was an amazing time to go and we were apprehensive as we didn''''''''''''''''t know if the weather would be nice, but most days 26 degrees and bright sunshine! The only complaint we had is it wasn''''''''''''''''t long enough! I would recommend any of Sue''''''''''''''''s villas to couples, fitness phonetics like us or families with children that want their own space and security. Also at such a bargain price, why wouldn''''''''''''''''t you do both villas! Thanks Sue for your hospitality! We will be back!!
