Stunning holiday villa with private swimming pool and ensuite apartment offering superb views over the surrounding countryside, up to the impressive Sierras and down to the Mediterranean and across to the coast of Africa. The property is less than fifteen minutes drive from the coast along country roads. The nearby towns of Torrox Costa, Nerja and Almunecar plus the beautiful white washed village of Frigiliana are only a short drive away.

The villa is south facing in the countryside above Torrox Costa. There is a gated entrance opening onto the pressed concrete driveway leading to the parking area. There is a covered terrace at the main entrance which continues round to pergola covered terrace with retractable awnings at the front of the house overlooking the swimming pool.

Interior accommodation comprises a spacious living room, an archway opening onto the fully fitted kitchen and a short corridor gives access to two bedrooms, both with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a newly renovated bathroom with bath and shower facilities. From one of the bedrooms a door opens into another spacious bedroom which offers one double bed and a day bed which can sleep two children, this bedroom also offers a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with shower facilities. From this room you can access the exterior sun room with a fabulous summer kitchen and barbecue grill area with double glazed patio doors overlooking the pool.

The property also offers a spacious, newly renovated separate apartment with a king size and a single bed with a large ensuite with shower facilities.

Air conditioning is available throughout the house and apartment. WiFi is available throughout the villa. A smart TV is available in the lounge and one of the double bedrooms. It is also possible to switch to a UK IP using the main WiFi to be able to watch and stream UK channels.

The exterior has beautiful established gardens, attractive terraces, and a tiled swimming pool with outside shower and lots of space around on which to sunbathe. There is a curtained gazebo to provide more shade from the sun. In the cooler months, there is pool heating available at an extra cost.

Car hire is a must, not only to access the villa but also to explore the local area. We offer a Meet & Greet service included in the villa price so you can follow our representative up to the villa and they will show you round.
