This beautiful villa for 6 persons is located in a quiet neighborhood at just a 5 minute drive from the town of Moraira and its beach.
Entering through the main entrance leads to a large terrace where the barbecue is located next to a large dining table. There is plenty of room for sunbeds from which you can enjoy the sun or rest quietly in the shade thanks to its retractable awning. On this terrace is the entrance to the village, and going down the stairs leads to the pool of 4x8 meters. Here there is also a small terrace with sunbeds and a parasol, plus an outdoor shower.
The entrance to the villa leads to the dining room with a table for 6 people and open kitchen with bar. In the kitchen you can find everything you might need including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Also here is the lounge with comfortable sofas to rest and a wood burning fireplace for the winter. For the summer there is air conditioning which can also produce heat if you do not want to turn on the fireplace. The DVD includes plasma TV and TDT, there is also a CD player and radio.
From the living room through a corridor you can access a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two 90x200 cm single beds, also from this bedroom you can access the naya. The second bedroom has two beds of 90x190 cm. The master bedroom has a bed of 135x90 cm and has its own bathroom with bathtub. It has air conditioning, which can also emit heat. In the other two bedrooms there are fans and electric heaters.
The naya can be reached through the living room and one of the bedrooms, from it you can enjoy a beautiful view of Moraira and the sea. In addition, there is a table where you can enjoy lunch in the shade.
The whole villa has Wi-Fi.
The house is surrounded by garden, behind the villa, thanks to the pine trees, there is a shaded area all day where there is also a table with chairs. And in the winter thanks to the terrace located above the villa you can enjoy the sun all day, plus beautiful views of Moraira and the sea. The house is completely surrounded by a wall so you can rest easy without having to worry about your children or pets. It also has a large garage where you can park your car without problems.
