CASA Monte Cala is the lower dwelling of three linked properties, it has private terrace with stunning views across the bernia mountains .
The house has been well furnished and benefits from the use of three pools exclusive for guests staying at Pueblo Monte Cala. There is one communal pool 100 meters from the house, then a further two larger pools (with a bar, kids play area) just a few minutes walk up the road.

The house comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace for ál fresco’ dining. The terrace has a dining table and six chairs.

The lounge/ dining room with air-conditioning has comfortable sofas, TV offering English channels, DVD player and a dining table


The american kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc .

It has three bedrooms - the main one has a double bed with a fan and wardrobes, the second is a twin room with air conditioning and wardrobes and the third has a double bed with a fan and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms - a family bathroom and a shower room.

The property benefits from air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer months. There is air-conditioning in the main living area and the twin bedroom.

The house and area is ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday in a truly unique location.

Additional Information
There are steps to the property which may make it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Please note the balcony has a big drop so care must be taken with children and they must not be allowed to climb they must be supervised at all times.

One air conditioning unit is available in the living area, the twin bedroom also has air conditioning. The two double bedrooms have tower fans.

The TV has English channels.
