Outside
Outside on the private terrace there is a dinning, table, chairs and sun umbrella and sun loungers. The sun roof is accessed by a spiral staircase from the main terrace, this consists of sun loungers (the sun terrace faces south and is a real sun trap ideal for topping up that tan) in complete privacy All the villas in the Los Abanicos Complex are accessed by safe illuminated pathways through the tropical gardens. The swimming pool is available throughout the year.
Important notes on accommodation
The Villa is an ideal location for a couple or families, it is very private, secure and quiet, but within easy access to the towns bars, restaurants etc. Smoking is only permitted on the outside sun terraces and not permitted inside the villa. The owners have tried to make this property a home from home .With everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beautiful and peaceful patio area also has out side dinning area with a shaded roof and lighting for that late night drink or where you can chill out during the hot afternoon sun. You can sun bath either up on the villa sun roof or on the ground level patio, both are provided with sun loungers. A new large Mercadona and Lidl supermarket is now open just a few minutes walk away.
