Sleeps 6 + Infant. Villa Marina is a stunning detached 3 bed villa, perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac in a gated development. It is just 3 minutes walk to the best sandy beach in Coral Bay and within walking distance to all amenities.

A complimentary welcome pack is provided to all guests and there is air conditioning in all rooms and is included in the price. Beach towels as well as indoor towels are also provided for your convenience. WIFI is available on request for a small additional charge. We can also offer our guests a range of massage and beauty treatments within the comfort of the villa as well as a mobile hairstylist and gourmet catering for that special occasion. All available on request.

The villa is beautifully furnished and offers luxury and comfort throughout, with attention paid to every detail to ensure the perfect holiday. The open plan living/dining room is bright and spacious with flat screen Satellite TV (with all the main UK Channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, luxury en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic sea views. If travelling with infants, a cot, highchair and Avent steriliser are provided free of charge.

The villa's tropical garden really sets it apart. It is particularly large as it is situated on a bold corner plot and is very private and secluded with tall hibiscus hedging around the perimeter. It is a place where you can relax and unwind on comfortable sun loungers with extra thick cushions, while your children play on the large area of lawn or in the private pool (free toys and inflatables also available). The pool is always kept in an immaculate condition and has a shallow and deep end to suit all swimming abilities. There are graduating steps built into the shallow end of the pool which makes it much easier for young children to safely enter the pool. There are 2 large patios with comfortable furniture for alfresco dining and a traditional stone BBQ for the warm summer evenings. As the villa is on a cul de sac, there is no through traffic, so you can allow your children to run wild in the garden knowing they are safe.

Coral Bay is perfect for families as its beaches are safe and clean with warm shallow water. All the nearby restaurants are welcoming and very child friendly. The 5 star Coral Beach Hotel and the Thalassa Hotel are just a 3 minute walk where you can indulge in their wonderful Spa treatments. Horse riding, fishing, go-karing, tennis, scuba diving and other watersports are all available close by. Three excellent golf courses are within a 20 minute drive and Paphos Harbour and town centre with its historic harbour and museums is less than 15 minutes by car. Paphos airport is a 25 minute drive. Therefore, car hire is not necessary unless you wish to explore more of the Island. Car hire can be arranged on request. There is also a bus stop just opposite the entrance to the development with a regular bus service into Paphos town centre and Aphrodites Water Park. The famous Troodos mountain range is a 2 hour journey.

Villa Marina offers the perfect holiday for families and couples whether you are looking for fun fills days or quiet ones just by the pool. We make special arrangements for honeymoon couples to ensure their stay is truly memorable. Great location, lovely villa and very private garden pool area

Lovely villa, very happy with our choice. Fully equipt kitchen with everything you need, 3 great sized bedrooms, although the sea veiw from the master bedroom is obscured by the trees from neighbouring garden. The pool and garden were fabulous and very happy with how secluded the garden is, very private and no one overlooking. Everything you need is catered for, good location, would definitely book this villa again

he first thing to say is that communication with Marina deserves 10 stars. Never before have I come across such a responsive owner - never had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply. Likewise Rebecca and Terry who manage the property on site were also really helpful and went out of their way to assist us with the special needs we had. The accommodation is as described and as shown on the photos. Our only issue was with one of the shower curtains which was stained (albeit clean) and this was replaced with a new one as soon as we mentioned it. Sadly, we had to leave after only 4 of the 7 days we had booked for personal reasons - we would gladly have stayed longer.
