Amarna Villa is immaculate and offers everything you could possibly require to make your holiday special. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and has good quality pots and pans and there’s a lovely dining table should you prefer to dine in cooler temperatures. The lounge seating is very comfortable and well laid out. All three bedrooms are a good size with ample storage and plenty coat hangers. The bedding is of excellent standard too. The balcony from the upstairs suite offers a magnificent panoramic ocean view. It is so peaceful and such a pleasant place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The pool area is totally private which is a great bonus. The superb barbeque area is perfect for al fresco dining with a good sized dining table and chairs. The decked gazebo is another option for dining outside and gives a different view of the ocean. The gardens are beautiful, and with the owners permission, we picked fresh lemons to compliment our gin & tonics! The Villa is in a delightful spot. There is a very good supermarket a few minutes away and copious amounts of restaurants to choose from. We hired a car which I would highly recommend future visitors do too. The owner of the villa very kindly arranged the car for us at a very good rate including insurance. We were met at the airport by the hire company representative and driven directly to the villa. This was wonderful service! Overall, I could not recommend Amarna Villa more highly. As Mr Schwarzenegger himself would say … “I’ll be back”! MARVELLOUS!
We have stayed here twice and rebooked for October the villa has everything you need lovely swimming pool and garden the view from upstairs bedroom is fabulous and it’s a very quiet area can’t wait to go back
We enjoyed a very relaxing family holiday (6 adults) once again at the stunning Amarna Villa. The pool, garden and BBQ areas are always a pleasure!
Please book you won’t be dissatisfied. This villa is beautiful. It’s even nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 2 weeks and it’s home from home. The pool & jacuzzi are just amazing and kept so well. The gardens are so relaxing especially at night when the whole villa garden & pool area light up. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. The added bonus of 2 double bedrooms both with en-suites is great & you have the added bonus of another bathroom as well. The bedrooms/beds are comfy and welcoming all with ceiling fans & a/c when needed. Even an outdoor cooking & eating area makes the evenings with family/friends so special. Ron is just a great person, always there to help and answer any questions. This villa is just a perfect place to make special memories. We will be back.
We had two weeks in the villa as part of our daughters wedding in Cyprus. Thus us an excellent villa, well furnished and looked after. The outside areas are great and pool fabulous - our granddaughter wound not leave it and played for hours. Oof our families three villas locally - thus was the best one and great value for money. We will come back again.
We have had many fabulous holidays in this villa, it is truly beautiful. This was our first holiday following the pandemic and our first choice was always going to be the Amarna and my goodness it did not disappoint us. Since our last visit Ron & Jen have continued to maintain their villa to an extremely high standard , for example a beautiful new kitchen, new furniture in the lounge, new furniture in the gazebo honestly the list just goes on. The whole place is so clean both inside and out, you would certainly have to search very hard to find anything of this standard. All the other reviews for the villa are very honest and true. The management team in Cyprus work so hard ensuring your holiday is perfect and we thank them for that. Thank you Ron & Jen for everything you have done for us, nothing is ever to much for your guests. We are already looking forward to our booked holiday in Amarna 2024. Chris & Dave Evesham
