An immaculate 5 bedroom Villa with a private heated pool, 2.5 bathrooms, garage games area and ideally located in Clear Creek, just 15 minutes from Disney World. Beautiful, spacious and recently updated, Palm Leaf Villa provides you with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay in Florida.Our house is comfortable, clean and well maintained with great attention to detail, to ensure things are taken care of so our guests can have a stay they'll remember!
LOCATION
Tucked away in an unbeatable location, this beautiful property is just waiting to be enjoyed. Part of the Clear Creek community, Palm Leaf Villa is just 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, Orlando's biggest attraction.
This quiet community is conveniently located one and one half miles north of the famous US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, medical clinic, petrol station, dry cleaner and hair salon. There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe's just a few minutes drive away and many take-out options.
US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, golf courses and many restaurants. You will never run out of things to do and you will be only minutes away from the comfort of your vacation home at Clear Creek.
The location is also perfect for taking day trips to the stunning beaches at Clearwater and Tampa, or a visit to the incredible Kennedy Space Centre.
THE POOL AREA
The beautiful lagoon-shaped private pool is fully screened. You can relax and tan on our comfortable sun loungers. There is also a covered lanai with an outdoor table and chairs, and ceiling fan for a light breeze. Pool heating is available upon request for an extra fee (details below).
BEDROOMS
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people. Bedroom 1, the large master bedroom suite has a king size bed, with a walk-in closet, TV and an en-suite shower bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, dresser, smart TV and built in cupboard for storage. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are twin rooms each with two single beds suitable for either adults or children and each room has a dresser, smart TV, bedside table and built in wardrobes for storage. There is also a family bathroom with both a bath and shower and an additional guest half bathroom. Hairdryers are available in all bathrooms.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge freezer, a great Keurig coffee machine (pods or beans) and is fully stocked with all the essentials including a waffle maker and more. Whether you're having a take-out or cooking a full large family dinner, you'll find everything you need.
LAUNDRY
The house also has a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is an ironing board, iron and laundry baskets. There are also local dry cleaning services nearby if needed.

The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate families with children of all ages. The host provided thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with kids, and our children especially loved the heated pool and the game room. The location was perfect, close to family-friendly attractions and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Safe, spacious, and welcoming, this property exceeded all our expectations and allowed us to create wonderful family memories.
