Welcome to our lovely 3 bed / 2 bath townhouse with private community pool and toddler pool set in a securely gated and well maintained gardened area, within the prestigious Dona Pepa II area. It is fully furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts of home.
It is ideally situated to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities within walking distance.

ACCOMMODATION
Our house is located on an extremely well kept and quiet complex with a large swimming pool and second toddler pool set amongst palm trees, lawn and flowered garden area. There is a large front south facing patio with an extended terrace with awning for outdoor dining. The rear walled patio has a built in charcoal BBQ and the outdoor utility room houses the washing machine, boiler and sun loungers etc. The rear gate leads directly onto the pool area.
The large lounge diner has a dining area for 6 people, and the lounge area has 2 leather sofas and Smart TV with all the English channels and optional WiFi is available at a small cost if required. Also, the bookcase unit contains a variety of novels for guests to enjoy any holiday reading.
Off the lounge there is a WC and walk in shower with screen.
The separate recently refurbished kitchen is well equipped with ample pots/pans, tumblers, utensils and includes oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, cafetiere, etc. First Aid box in the cupboard.
There are 3 bedrooms. A twin bed downstairs with double wardrobe and blanket box. Window overlooks the garden/pool area. Upstairs there is the double bedroom with king size bed, fitted double wardrobe, blanket box and patio doors to a full length sunny balcony. There is a coded safe in this bedroom.
Also upstairs, another twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and doors to a balcony overlooking the pool area.
Upstairs family bathroom with corner bath, WC, bidet, overhead shower and screen.
THERE IS HOT & COLD AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL 3 BEDROOMS & THE LOUNGE (a must in Spain) as well as ceiling fans in each room.
Towels, bed linen and blankets are provided. Please provide own beach towels.
LOCAL AREA
There is a supermarket, bank, internet post office, restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity ( 5 min walk), and the main town of Quesada is a leisurely 15- 20 minute walk for numerous international restaurants and bars, cafes, shops, banks, chemist etc. Also within Quesada there is an Aqua Park, Country Club, Mini Golf, Gym and La Marquesa Golf Club
There is a Medical Centre just a few minutes walk away.
The Blue Flag beaches along Guardamar are a 10-15 minute drive and has over 11km of fine golden sands. But there are numerous beaches to explore in the area.
In nearby Rojales, there are cave houses to walk around and view artists’ pottery for sale.
In Torrevieja, a 10 minute drive, there is an undercover shopping complex called Habaneras as well as another Water Park. A larger shopping complex is in La Zenia., about 25 minute drive.
The Palm Park and Rio Safari Park in Elche is well worth a visit. (35 minute drive) also a themed aquatic Splash Park is opening summer 2025 within the Rio Safari Park..
All together, this is an excellent base for touring other areas of Spain whether mountain villages, the many coastal beaches or traditional Spanish towns.
BOOKING INFO
Once booking is confirmed, we will email our own booking form to the lead guest for completion. Information required will be home address, contact details, email, flight details, and all passport details for every guest age 14 years and above. This information will be used to legally register guests on arrival, in compliance with Spanish rental laws.
PLEASE NOTE:
60€ IS REQUIRED FOR THE CLEAN/LAUNDRY, PAYABLE TO KEY HOLDER ON ARRIVAL PLEASE.
WiFi is an optional extra if required. 15€ per week
£100 Non refundable holding deposit is required to secure the booking.
£150 refundable key/damage deposit is payable with the full balance 8 weeks before check in.
Receipts are emailed for all monies received. Payment by bank transfer.
Directions to the house are emailed once full balance is received.
Our housekeeper meets guests at the house with the keys and any handover information and collects the cleaning fee. (and WiFi if required) You will be asked to sign your passport information forms she will hold, which I then register online as a legal requirement for Spanish rentals. She is very reliable and if you have any unexpected problems in the house (e.g. facilities or appliances) just give her a call and she will offer assistance or come to the house to sort anything as soon as she can.
GDPR. By entering into a rental agreement with us we will acknowledge that guests have consented to provide certain data, to use only where needed to facilitate a legal rental service. We will value and protect your personal data.
Please leave house as you find it on arrival, clean and tidy. Leave utensils/crockery washed and clean for next guests please.
Please report any breakages to our housekeeper. Smaller items can be replaced please.
All bedding, blankets and towels are for sole use within the house only. Please do not take to the beach. No food or drink permitted in the bedrooms.
No pets allowed, or event party groups.
CHECK IN: 16:00 (If no guests vacating on same day, then check in can be earlier)
CHECK OUT: 11:00 (if evening flight home, guests may pay an extra day and stay until required, BUT only if no guests checking in that day and must be confirmed with owner upon booking)
CANCELLATION:
25% refund of the amount paid if cancelled at least 6 weeks before check in.
