Description

A two bedroom, 1 bathroom/shower room apartment, located in Ciudad Quesada Spain based on second floor with steps/no lift, sleeps 4 people, there is also a Travel cot & high chair, potties & adjustable steps for children using the toilet. Kitchen, dining area /lounge with clear views of a child friendly communal swimming pool. Local amenities boast supermarkets, newsagents, Gym with classes, and child friendly restaurants serving world cuisine including gluten free, vegan/vegetarian options. Approximately 10/15 minute walk to main town which is situated close to the Arches within the urbanisation where main attractions can be explored such as Tennis Court, Parks, Bowls club, Crazy Golf, Bowling, KFC, Burger King, live entertainment throughout the year including Karaoke, tribute bands and bingo both music and regular for family/friend fun. Here, you will find bus/coach services for trips to Guardamar beach and Torrevieja which both feature bars, restaurants, harbour night market and fun fair in the Summer, and you can also experience excellent, locally sourced seafood restaurants. Bus/coach trips are also available to the historic Spanish town of Rojales, Alicante, which boasts a beautiful Harbour and Benidorm with daily/nightly shows appearing at Benidorm Palace. There will be fiestas throughout the Summer but this depends on the dates you're holidaying. Local car hire is also available. A 18 hole golf course is situated nearby with club house and is approximately a 15 minute walk away for the keen golfer, There is also a fantastic Aquapark within a 15 minute walk which has a bar and food available in its premises. And in the nearby town of Benijofar you will find a McDonalds, for the enthusiastic Go Karter there is a Go Kart course nearby in Quesada 2.
Varios supermarkets including Co-op, Lidl, Aldi & Spanish supermarkets catering for all nationalities, including Pepco and Rossmans.
Only 20 minutes away in the car is La Zenia Boulevard.

Excellent accommodation, owners have thought of everything that's needed for a memorable stay. Pool great, and all around the pool is nice and clean Would definitely come again Jollys bar, for breakfast and good service with a smile. Matteo's for food is very good. Choice restaurant for a variety of food. Message to the host: Had a lovely time here, didn't want for anything, will come again.

Me and my two friends had a girls holiday and stayed here last July. The apartment was so lovely and welcoming as well as the host Taz who couldn''t have been more helpful and informative, lots of great touches like full condiments of tea, coffee etc, nice to get a cuppa on arrival . The apartment was airy, spotless and comfortable with the most beautiful and scenic views, The pool looks stunning lit up in the evening and lush to hang around in the day. There was so much for us to do locally, good eating places and shops and we took advantage of coach trips to towns and beaches outside of the urbanization, everywhere is so beautiful... Got a bit lost on one occasion and phoned Taz who directed us back no problem. It was just such a a lovely holiday in a great apartment that felt very safe. Thanks Taz, hope to book again in the future.
