3 Bedroom holiday villa rental in Chiclana de la Frontera (Rana Verde)

Casa de los Suenos (House of Dreams) has all the facilities that you need for a relaxing holiday. This spacious villa is set within its own secure grounds and is located in the small hamlet of El Florin. A 5 minute drive from the renowned blue flag beach of La Barrosa and the typical bustling market town of Chiclana de la Frontera. There are ample patios for sunbathing by the pool and a choice of shady or sunny dining and seating areas for dining al fresco or simply relaxing.
The gardens and pool area are fully equipped with sunloungers, a dining suite under the pergola or on the patio and comfortable seating on the porch.

The location of the property also offers an excellent base from which to explore the diverse exciting region of Andalucia. The famous sherry bodegas of Jerez, the vibrant street cafes of Seville, the ancient architecture of Cadiz, the picturesque white hilltop villages of Vejer, Arcos and Medina Sidonia and not forgetting the mile upon mile of magnificent beaches.

There is a supermarket, garden centre and venta (restaurant/bar) within a short (550m) walk from the villa.
Local buses and taxis serve the surrounding area and are inexpensive but a car is recommended.

The power to the villa is supplied by solar panels harnessing the glorious sunlight for which the region is renowned and from where the name Costa de la Luz (coast of light) is derived.

Simplemente fantastica La casa es fantástica hemos pasado unos días maravillosos , muy cerca de la playay supermercados y con todo lo necesario ,la zona de la piscina muy agradable .Todo muy limpio y menaje muy completo. Muy recomendable. Lo único algunas luces del exterior no funcionaban supongo que por las placas solares por lo demás todo más que correcto. Your reply Gracias por tu reseña Ana. Estoy muy contento de que haya disfrutado de su estancia en la casa y haya tenido unas vacaciones maravillosas. Haré una revisión de la iluminación exterior para asegurarme de que se reemplacen si es necesario.

Fabulous villa

Fabulous Villa! A wonderful, well equippied villa with the most beautiful garden and pool. Usually you have to go and buy lots of items but it was so well resourced we didn't need to. Lots of things in the shed for the pool like lilos,non perishable food in the kitchen cupboards, travel adaptors etc.. A car is essential if you want to go out and about, but it was a great base. We spent many an afternoon by the pool relaxing in the sun. The agent was so helpful, always on hand if we had a problem. Recommended! Your reply Thank you for the review. We do try to equip the villa with those items that it is so annoying to have to buy on holiday like salt, pepper, spices, tin foil etc and we always ensure that there is a welcome pack of essentials for when guests arrive. So glad that you enjoyed your holiday, the villa and gardens.
