Villa Gioiella is a spacious and enchanting three-story villa, perfect for groups of friends and families. Enjoy high ceilings with chestnut beams and French doors that open to balconies on every floor. With plenty of space for everyone to cook, play, and hang out together, or relax and take a bit of time out, this villa has something for everyone.

The balconies offer simply breathtaking views of Umbria and Tuscany, stretching to Montepulciano, Cortona, and Chianciano Terme. An amazing amount of light pours in with breezes and views from the countryside outside.

Ground Floor: The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven and induction hob. It connects to a comfortable living room with a fireplace, opening onto a large terrace with an al fresco dining table.

BBQ, and an olive grove.
Rental includes bed linen and bath towels. There is an English and Italian-speaking manager, and self-check-in is available. Additional housekeeping, cooking classes, a cook, and beauty treatments can be arranged upon request.
Children: The villa is well-equipped for children, with a high chair, travel cot, board games, toys, and books and there's a public playground and football park next door.

Five rooms have king beds – one room has an additional single bed. The sixth room has a double bed.

Please leave tidy and dispose of rubbish in the appropriate recycling bins.
