Description

La Perla De La Bahia is a colourful luxurious beachfront development inspired by both Spanish and Moorish architecture located in Casares Costa just 10 minutes from Estepona town. If you are looking for something a little bit special and unique this is the place for you!

There are four swimming pools situated in the tropical gardens overlooking a quiet sandy beach and the mediterranean sea. The pools have plenty of loungers and there is direct access to the beach from the gardens.

This fabulous penthouse apartment has spectacular sea views and enjoys complete privacy. The apartment has just been refurbished and is finished to a very high standard. Accommodation includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a new fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a dining area off the kitchen leading out to a large livingroom with a flat screen smart TV which also has 200+ live international channels. The large covered terrace has a second dining area for six people plus a seating area and also enjoys the wonderful sea views.

The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a dressing area, an ensuite with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath and twin basins. Bedroom two overlooks the gardens and has a double bed, it shares the main bathroom with bedroom three with twin beds. All of the bedrooms have double doors leaving onto a small balcony.

From the livingroom there is a staircase to access the huge roof terrace with amazing views for miles along the coast. It faces South and West and you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxing times on the loungers, or prepare some food on the gas barbeque. There is also a 6 seater dining table sheltered from the sun under a pergola with natural screening from two old pine trees.

There is an underground parking space with a lift to bring you directly to the halldoor of the apartment, and there is additional outdoor parking.

A car is recommended however within a few hundred meters of the apartment you will find two beach restaurants, a mini-market and taxi rank. Within a 5 minute drive you will find a selection of supermarkets. The charming town of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide selection of restaurants, chiringuitos, shopping and a marina. The old fishing village of Sabinillas is a 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk along the beachside paseo.

It is a fantastic accommodation with two stunning terraces, in a beautiful urbanization with 4 pools and in an exceptional location next to the beach. Berry the owner and Kay and Clive who were in charge of giving the keys all lovely and instantly answered all our questions. We will try to repeat next year! Everything was in perfect condition.

Jewel of a find right on the Mediterranean

We are a well traveled family and discerning when it comes to quality lodging. La Perla de la Bahia is an outstanding property. The views of the Mediterranean span the horizon and on a clear day you can see Africa from the terrace, patio, and while lying in bed. The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The terrace was great for morning and evening and the rooftop patio was absolutely incredible, shaded by pines and with horizon spanning views of the ocean. The rooftop grill and table and chairs made for an awesome dinner spot. The grounds are very well maintained with beautiful native landscaping and fountains, and the 4 separate pools of different sizes were just perfect. We would definitely return! Nothing at all to complain about. Minor detail: the cookware could use an upgrade (which the owner has told us is planned for later this year ) but otherwise the apartment was perfect for our family of five.
