Casa Elysium is a 3 bedroom privately owned fully detached villa with swimming pool and fabulous sea-views less than 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro square and beach. Set in 3000 sq. m of totally private mature Mediterranean gardens it enjoys a perfect location in a quiet position away from the bustle of the village yet only a short walk on the road or down steps to the town square with its many restaurants or the beach. The large gardens have many paths to explore loaded with aloe vera, agarve and succulents and Palms on the south facing slopes looking out to sea. The villa has all the usual amenities like free Super high speed fiber Internet, TV 120+ channels including some English language, built-in BBQ on the pool terrace. Changeover day is Thursday. Please be aware that the local council have imposed a tourist tax of 2 Euro per night for adults (13 years and over) for a maximum of 7 nights. This is to be collected by the management companies
