Description

Our villa located in quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Vale do Milho golf course and is fully air-conditioned and has wifi. There is a private pool, which can be heated at a cost of £30 per day, with a large outdoor space which is very private and not overlooked. Within walking distance of beaches and near Rocha Brava. Local restaurants, bars, and 2 mini-markets. 25 minutes walk from Carvoeiro village.
There are three bedrooms with single beds, all en-suite, two which were refurbished 2024. There is also a separate toilet. A spacious lounge with dining area is equipped with 49" Samsung television with Meo Arris system and Firestick giving multiple sports channels and UK channels, plus Netflix, Amazon Prime and other media streaming services linked to a Yamaha cinema amplifier. A blu-ray a dvd player. There is also a log burner for the colder months. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish-washer. There is a kettle, toaster, 2 coffee makers, juicer, etc. There is an ironing board and iron and the washing machine is situated in a cupboard by the drying area.
There is an outdoor BBQ and inner BBQ. Plenty of outside furniture, including dining table, chairs and sunbeds. The upstairs balcony with sea view, is equipped with comfortable seating and coffee table.
