Casa na Colina is a large luxurious villa home in exclusive Carvoeiro Club with glorious panoramic views of the ocean, half a mile (800 m) away, set in its own secluded garden with lawns, palm trees and orange and lemon trees too, with its own private heated pool. It is superbly maintained and equipped.10 metre x 5 meter swimming pool with staircase steps to shallow end (80 cm), deep end two metres. Pool heating at extra cost available. Secluded landscaped garden, lawns, palm trees, orange and lemon trees etc. Gardener. Twice weekly pool service,. Housekeeping three times a week. All linen and towels (except beach towels) supplied. Child's cot and high chair available. BBQ, ample pool and garden furniture, pool bar, pool shower room.. Own telephone. Wifi

Tennis and fitness centre in walking distance. Two excellent golf courses about a mile away. Carvoeiro Club reception provides hotel type services, eg dinner bookings, etc.
We can arrange for a welcome pack (cold meats, bread, butter, tea, milk etc.) to be in the house on your arrival.
The outside terrace with its glorious views is ideal for family meals or just sitting & relaxing.
Casa na Colina is three quarters of a mile (1200m) from the middle of picturesque Carvoeiro with its beach and many restaurants. There is a beach within ten minutes walk, and many more a short car ride away. It is a short walk to the restaurants at Monte Carvoeiro.
Beautiful Silves, the historic capital of the Algarve under the Moors, can be reached by car in fifteen minutes and the breathtaking cliffs at Sagres, the south west corner of Europe, in less than an hour. The Monchique mountain with views back to the south coast and across is in easy reach..
The TV gives access to UK channels including Sky Movies & Sports.

By John McG on 12-Apr-2025The pictures on the website look great but the place is even better when you get there…much bigger and more impressive than I was expecting..a lovely surprise…beautiful quiet neighbourhood with birds and trees galore…brilliant views of the sea and surrounding area…we had an eight year old with us and he lived in the pool for a week… I would definitely recommend…the communications with David and Helen are excellent…from start to finish you get more than would ever expect …from booking to enjoying…everything for us was perfect … I hope we get to go back again soon. Thanks David and Helen…
A dreamy coastal escape !
By Sofia Yela on 20-Jan-2025Wonderful property in a wonderful neighbourhood! We stayed with a few friends & the house was perfect for our cozy get away by the beach. It’s super close to the beach & hiking trails as well as the little town of Carvoeiro. The kitchen is fully equipped & has everything you could possibly need. The house is super spacious as well & the breakfast nook in the balcony is idyllic for having a morning coffee . All in all the best place to stay in Algarve!
A Wonderful Stay at Casa Colina

Cozy and warm, it was an ideal spot to relax with my friends. Whenever the sun peeked through the clouds, we made the most of it—enjoying time on the terrace or taking peaceful walks along the stunning coast. The surroundings are simply beautiful, and the house itself is perfectly kept, with such a welcoming and charming feel. A huge thank you to David and Helen for providing such a wonderful getaway, with the best service from Carvoeiro Club. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend quality time together. Highly recommend!
Half term break in sunny Carvoeiro
By LOUISA CORCORAN on 19-Oct-2024Excellent accommodation in a beautiful spot. The villa is outstanding: well designed, spacious, comfortable and everything works. It feels both luxurious and homely so you really relax there. The views are interesting and the sunsets magnificent. The gardens and grounds are most attractive and there is plenty of room in the big pool. It is walking distance close to Carvoeiro and the Clube so you can eat out with ease, but the kitchen has everything you need for top tier self-catering too. We enjoyed being close to attractions and the neighbourhood was peaceful and private. Like another reviewer, we have stayed in various villas before, but this is the best. The visitors' book testifies to other parties making many repeat stays. We can see why and will return.
Fantastic stay
By Edward on 28-Sep-2024We had a great week at Casa na Colina. The villa is set up in a homely manner with all conveniences to hand. The villa is also comfortably furnished, including an outdoor seating area on the balcony overlooking the pool. We used the pool throughout the stay, happy with having gone for the heated option. Overall, a wonderful holiday was had by all 6 adults in the party.
Wonderful, comfortable villa with amazing views in a great location

It was spacious and comfortable in a very peaceful location with amazing and far reaching views but near enough to Carvoeiro town with its superb beach and buzz to be able to walk to to enjoy a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and more amazing views. We often took a taxi/ Uber back to the villa in the evening which was an inexpensive and great mode of transport. The pool was a great size too for our family party of 8 adults and Casa na Colina was spacious and well equipped for catering both indoors and outside. Housekeeping were very efficient and kept the villa sparkling clean throughout our stay. David was excellent with his communication and information from the moment of booking through to our return home to the UK. We so enjoyed our relaxing and amazing week in this comfortable and spacious villa that we plan to return again next year! I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in the wonderful Casa na Colina.
