Description

Casa Romantica is a 3 bed-roomed detached villa with 3 terraces, a pool terrace, the main large, partially shaded, dining terrace and a roof terrace. The last two both enjoy beautiful sea views. Constructed in the mid 80s Casa Romantica benefits from one of the prime locations in Monte Carvoeiro overlooking the village and sea. It is a short, 350 metre, 5-7 minute walk down to the town square with its many restaurants and the beach. Amenities within walking distance means a car is certainly not essential. The villa has all the usual amenities like free Super high speed fiber Internet, TV 120+ channels including some English language.
Our change-over day is Saturday. Please be aware that the local council have imposed a tourist tax of 2 Euro per night for adults (13 years and over) for a maximum of 7 nights. This is to be collected by the management companies
