This beautiful 4 bedroomed Algarve villa is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro and with a 180° sea view. The area is very quiet but within walking distance of beautiful beaches (Carvalho 10 min, Vale Centianes 15 min), mini market and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large 10 metre private pool with surrounding terrace. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10m long swimming pool with optional pool heating*.

This beautifully maintained and typical Algarvian style house offers a piece of home from home. The large airy lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, International TV system providing entertainment in various languages, air conditioning*, attractive open fireplace, and has patio doors opening onto the terrace and large private swimming pool. The villa has free access to Wi Fi.

There are 4 bedrooms 2 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air conditioning*. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine : everything you need!

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

*Pool heating is an optional extra for £195/230€ per week
*Air conditioning is an optional extra for £195/230€ per week
*Air conditioning throughout the villa was installed January 2022!.

**From June 15th to Sept 13th we accept Saturday to Saturday bookings only.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.

A 25% or £400 / 450€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £400 / 450€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.25 cents for each unit of electricity used.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal
