We stayed at easter and from start to finish it was outstanding. The villa was amazing, spotlessly clean and and had everything as advertised. Sam was a superb host, met us on arrival and had everything ready for us. The pool was perfect for the kids and plenty of outdoor space. As it is walking distance to the town it makes it so much easier. We will definitely be back Sam! Thanks for a wonderful week.
We had a wonderful holiday in this wonderful villa. Sam wS extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She helped us to change our dates due to covid, arranged taxis and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa was an easy walk to restaurants and bars and yet in a very quiet location. We would definitely visit again.
We had a lovely stay – just what we needed to relax. This property is very spacious and ideal for larger families. The villa is really comfortable, well equipped, great outdoor area including garden, pool and lots of seating areas. It has a good sense of privacy, even though in the town, and not overlooked . The villa was also cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Sam the property manager was very helpful throughout and all information provided during our booking process and stay was straightforward, clear and helpful. The property is only ten minutes walking distance to the centre of Carvoeiro which has plenty of restaurants, a beach and boat trips to the caves . It is also a great location for exploring further afield if you have a hire car. We certainly hope to return in the future!
The villa is wonderful with large, spacious rooms and grounds. The kids loved playing in the gardens and in the pool. Just a 10 minute walk from Carvoeiro centre and beach with plenty of bars and restaurants. The eight of us had a wonderful time with special thanks to Sam throughout the whole booking, build up and stay !!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison idéalement placé pour accéder aux commodités (plage, commerce et restaurant ). Les prestations accordées dans le cadre à location sont top (ménage en cours de séjour, accueil, literie et équipement...).. Une préconisation : un frigo plus grand serait à prévoir pour des familles de huit personnes. Il s’agit là d’un détail... Nous recommandons vivement cette location...
We had a brilliant time at Casa Joaninha. Our group was 6 adults and 2 small children, the villa was perfect for us as the two double bedrooms are very large so there was more than enough space for cots and other baby equipment. The layout of the villa is great, there are several areas to sit and eat outside, including the upstairs roof terrace with barbecue which was fantastic in the evenings. The pool was perfect for our group, especially as it has steps which make it much easier and safer for the children, as well as a gate. The host was superb too, she ensured that we had everything we needed and even provided a few drinks and snacks for us upon arrival. All in all we couldn't find any fault with our stay and would highly recommend it to others looking for a family holiday in the Algarve.
