Casa Estrela is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa located in a prime, central position on the very popular Quinta do Paraiso resort, only a 15 minute walk to Carvoeiro town with an array of restaurants nearby. The villa has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard while still retaining its traditional Algarvian charm. The villa is gated and sits in its own mature garden with lawn area, giving it an air of privacy whilst still benefiting from its great location. The villa has air conditioning throughout and guests have access to free high-speed internet access.

Accommodation consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen with utility area and includes dishwasher, washing machine and a large American style fridge freezer. Patio doors with electric shutters take you out to the swimming pool terrace. The spacious lounge is very well laid out and has a modern LCD TV with UK TV. There is a separate dining area with table and chairs. Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace with patio table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a purpose-built BBQ area on the pool terrace and the pool can be heated at an extra cost of £150 / €175 per week All three bedrooms are a very good size, have ample wardrobe space and are located on ground level. The large master bedroom has a super-king size bed and full en-suite facilities. Patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the garden and lawn area. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full house bathroom with walk-in shower just opposite. The third bedroom has a king size bed, with access to the beautiful newly refurbished bathroom located downstairs.

This really is a beautiful holiday home with easy access to the resort facilities, including communal pool area, crazy golf, tennis courts, kids club, restaurants, and small mini-market (summer only). This property can easily be considered one of the best on the resort. The town is only a 15-minute walk away making this an ideal holiday base for exploring the sunny Algarve.

Carvoeiro has three golf courses and excellent tennis facilities, all easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.
