Situated in an elevated position this two bedroomed first floor apartment enjoys spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Carvoeiro beach from the lounge, master bedroom and private balcony.

There are 5 swimming pools and 5 children’s pools, all with terraces and sunloungers / parasols one of which is heated and covered during the winter months, weather dependent.

Two bedrooms, the master has an en-suite and ocean views. The twin bedroom has pool views. Sleeps maximum of 4.

Double glazing, bedroom air conditioning, WiFi, satellite tv, dvd, fully fitted kitchen, wood burner. Weekly maid service.

Tennis courts are available next to reception, small fee payable to reception for use.

Seven minute walk into the centre of the village and beach.

Fully licensed in accordance with the Portuguese AL regulations. As such the property address, facilities, ownership and suitability for rental are all confirmed - complete peace of mind included.

Occupancy from 13.00 hours on arrival date until 10.00 hours on departure date. Flexible arrival and departure dates dependent on existing bookings, please contact me with any queries.

Airport transfers door to door can be arranged on request.

Local experienced property managers are available throughout your holiday should you need any assistance. There is also an on site reception.

This property is not suitable for under 5’s and does not accept hen / stag bookings.

On street parking available.

Non refundable 25% of the total cost is required to reserve dates with the balance paid eight weeks before arrival. There is a €100 / £100 security deposit payable in advance which is refunded after departure assuming no losses or damages.

Visitors are required to complete a booking form and provide passport details ahead of their occupancy.
