The space
A lovely three bedroom, two bathroom villa situated in the Portuguese countryside area of Carvoeiro, this is a perfect house for those who are looking for a quiet retreat.
It enjoys the tranquility of being set in a select private Villa location, but has easy access to all amenities. Only a short drive to Carvoeiro, famous for its many bars, restaurants and local golfing facilities (for all playing levels) as well as the numerous picturesque beaches that surround the fishing village.
The nearest beach is Praia da Marinha, one of the Algarve’s most scenic beaches, hidden amongst red-stone rock, which is typical to the Algarve coastline.
There is complete privacy here, and car hire is essential.
The villa is comfortably furnished throughout with spacious rooms with air conditioning while outside you will find a large sun terrace and a private swimming pool with Roman style steps complete with sun loungers and patio furniture. A barbecue is also provided, ideal for outside dining whilst admiring the views. A fence around the swimming pool has been placed to prevent children from entering the pool area without having any control.
The grounds of the villa are enclosed and accessed by a security iron gate. There is a spacious cobbled driveway to the front of the villa. The villa itself is cool and light with sleeping accommodation spread across two floors: one double bedroom is situated on the ground floor and a further double and twin bedroom can be found on the first floor.
The communal living space on the ground floor comprises of an open-plan lounge/dining room with satellite TV and an open fireplace, making this villa an ideal retreat at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee-maker.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace, an ideal spot to enjoy al fresco meals, or just sitting and relaxing.

The fee:
It is €1 per night in low season (between November 1st and March 31st).
It is €2 per night in high season (between April 1st and October 31st).
Maximum duration:
The fee is charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests over 12 years old.
