Casa Gaivota is a villa located in Quinta do Paraíso, in Praia do Carvoeiro. It has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with capacity for 4 people (one with a 1.60m double bed and the other with 2 single beds). It is elegantly decorated and furnished and both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace for the colder winter months, a television and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine.
Parking is widely available at several locations nearby.

Casa Gaivota is conveniently located close to all the main amenities of Quinta do Paraíso, with the swimming pool just a short walk away. At Quinta do Paraíso you'll find an excellent Italian restaurant, poolside bar, mini-market, tennis courts, three large communal swimming pools, children's pool, kids' club and diving school.
It is a short walk to the center of the beautiful and picturesque village of Carvoeiro, surrounded by white sandy beaches protected by golden cliffs and a particularly attractive village for family tourism, golf and water sports.
The walk to Carvoeiro offers breathtaking views of the sea and will take you past the beautiful Praia do Paraíso (a beautiful beach that is well worth discovering via the winding staircase).
In Carvoeiro you can take boat trips to explore the beautiful coastline and visit the famous caves. If you like walking, go through the village and climb up to the church, where you'll find a panoramic path along the cliffs that will take you to Algar Seco and Boneca, where a stop to enjoy the sea views is a must.

I also inform you that Lagoa's Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on April 13, 2024, in accordance with Decree No. 425/2024, and will be charged by tourist developments and local accommodation establishments to their guests.
The fee:
It is €1 per night in low season (between November 1st and March 31st).
It is €2 per night in high season (between April 1st and October 31st).
Maximum duration:
The fee applies to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests over the age of 12.
