Casa Goa is a villa located in Quinta do Paraíso, in the village of Carvoeiro.
The house is family owned and recently renovated. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.60m double bed and the other with two single beds, which share a bathroom, the living room has a comfortable sofa (sofa bed), a fireplace and a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
The house has a barbecue and internet.
The swimming pool of the complex is 50m away, as well as a small supermarket.
Quinta do Paraíso is a very quiet complex where peace and tranquility reign even in the high season months. A perfect retreat for families and those seeking privacy and tranquility.
Casa Goa is conveniently located close to all the main amenities of Quinta do Paraíso, and just steps away from the pool. Here at Quinta do Paraíso you will find an excellent Italian restaurant, pool bar, mini market, tennis courts, three large communal swimming pools (one heated in winter), children's pool, children's club and a diving school.
The walk to Carvoeiro offers stunning views of the sea and you'll pass the beautiful beach of Paraíso (a hidden gem down a flight of steps cut into the cliff face, but well worth the effort once you've made it down).
In Carvoeiro you can take boat trips to explore the beautiful coastline and visit the famous caves. If you like to walk, go through the village and up to the church, where you will find a panoramic boardwalk along the top of the cliff that will take you to Algar Seco and Boneca, where a stop to enjoy the view of the sea is mandatory.
Parking is available at several nearby locations.

I also inform you that the Municipal Tourist Tax of Lagoa came into force on April 13, 2024, in accordance with Regulation No. 425/2024, and will be charged by tourist developments and local accommodation establishments to their guests.
The fee:
It is €1 per night in low season (between November 1st and March 31st).
It is €2 per night in high season (between April 1st and October 31st).
Maximum duration:
The fee applies to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests over the age of 12.
