Villa Joao Pedro is situated in a lovely rural setting, enjoying great views over the countryside, close to the charming village of Carvoeiro.
Villa Joao Pedro is a delightful four bedroom villa with a large private pool, terraces and soft landscaped gardens. With Wi-Fi internet (FIBRA) and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room - included in the rental price.

The entrance to the villa is via a flight of steps and leads into the large living room, which is equipped with a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet (FIBRA) and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Table and chairs for 8 people. Children's crockery and cutlery available.

Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and shares the bathroom with shower across the hall.
Bedroom two is a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and shares the family bathroom across the hall.
Bedroom four is a double bedroom with air conditioning, safe and this bedroom shares the use of the family bathroom across the hall.

The swimming pool is free-form and measures approximately 10 x 5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres and the shallow end is 1.14 metres deep. Steps and a ladder lead to the pool. Terrace with charcoal BBQ.

Prices include a mid-week maid service, bathroom towels (changed mid-week) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels also available.

Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding outdoor space consisting of garden and private pool.

I also inform you that the Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on the 13th of April 2024, in accordance with Decree 425/2024, and will be charged by the tourist facilities and local accommodation establishments to their guests.
The fee:
It is €1 per night in the low season (between 1 November and 31 March).
It is €2 per night in high season (between 1 April and 31 October).
Maximum duration:
The fee is charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests over the age of 12.
