Unlike most properties in Carvoeiro this property is located on a flat level road with a flat level four minute walk to beautiful Carvoeiro beach. It is therefore perfect for those with limited mobility as there are no hills to navigate in accessing this property!

It is fully licensed in accordance with the Portuguese AL rental regime 9577/AL and as such the location, ownership and facilities are all verified so complete peace of mind is included. Experienced property managers are available locally should you need assistance.

This apartment has two lifts and is at the rear of the building so there is no noise to disturb you. The lounge has comfortable seating which includes a sofa bed on which guests 5 and 6 sleep. DVDs can be viewed on the tv. Wifi. Dining table with 6 chairs.

Lounge patio doors lead to one of two private balconies and a table and chairs enable el fresco dining.
The modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen has everything needed for your self catering needs and a door leading onto the lounge balcony.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing table and full length mirror.
The second bedroom has two single beds. Patio door access to the second balcony is from each of the bedrooms.

One family bathroom with bath and shower over bath and one wc off the hallway.

There is one allocated private secure garaged car parking space for visitors to this apartment. The car park is easily accessible and is on the ground floor of the building at street level.
The property is in the heart of Carvoeiro village with all amenities within easy walking distance including the main Carvoeiro beach with its golden sand and square providing nightly live entertainment peak season.

Carvoeiro was a fishing village which despite its development has retained its picturesque appeal and is extremely popular with families. There are many golden sandy beaches within short ten minute drives. Slide and splash water park is a five minute drive and Zoomarine 20 minutes away.

Restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and pockets are plentiful. Taxis, Ubers and buses are available. Carvoeiro clube de Tenis with padel and exercise classes is nearby.

Guests are required to complete a booking form to safeguard their interests and those of the owner and manager. Visitors to short term rental properties in Portugal are required to provide their identification details ahead of their stay.

Tourist tax is included in the advertised price. One hundred pound security deposit is payable in addition to the advertised prices. This is refunded after departure assuming no losses or damages.

25% non refundable deposit required with the balance paid eight weeks before arrival.

Weekly maid cleaning and change of bedding and towels. Beach towels not provided these can be purchased locally at low cost.

Cot and highchair available for small additional fee please ask in advance. Airport Transfers door to door can be arranged if required. No smoking or hen stag parties
