Vivenda Perola is a beautifully stylish villa, located in the quiet area Mato Serrão, approx. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro. You have sea view from the first floor and the roof terrace. The stunning entrance hall greets you as you walk through the front door, and to the left is the bright and modern living room with wood-burner, L shaped sofa, dining area and sliding doors to the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you need for your 'home from home' holiday and there is access to the kitchen to a secluded outdoor eating area. On the ground floor there are also two spacious king size bedrooms with en-suites and plenty of wardrobe space plus a seperae a guest toilet. The master-suite is on the first floor where you'll find sliding doors to the terrace with a small seating area for 2 where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility with a small sea view. There is also an open space office area on the first floor as you get to the top of the stairs and here you'll find an additional sofa bed and access to the terrace. There is a large roof terrace with solar heating and from here you have panoramic views to the sea and surrounding area. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets at the doors/windows. The pool can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge of €30 per night.
