Apartmento Louise boasts an ideal central position at 31 Rua do Casino Carvoeiro within 100 metres of Carvoeiro beach and the main square.

Beautiful Carvoeiro beach is literally within a few minutes walk and Paraíso beach just a little further.

Just a 3 minute walk to a multitude of shops, restaurants bars and cafes, yet due to the apartment’s elevated position there is no noise to disturb you.

The furnished front balcony is an ideal position from which to watch the world go by whilst enjoying the ocean views from this third (top) floor apartment.

It has a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with stereo and high definition television with six Portuguese channels and English channels fully linked to the internet including YouTube, Disney, prime video, amongst others.
Some tv channels are free others are paid for subscription by you.
FM radio stations are linked to the television.

WiFi included

Both bedrooms have single beds with the master bedroom benefitting from an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a bath with shower.

The second balcony is accessed from the second bedroom.
Air conditioning throughout ensures year round comfort.

The apartment is accessed by an internal lift or stairs. There is a communal roof terrace.

There is one easily accessible allocated off street secure car parking space for visitors to Apartmento Louise.

This property complies with the Portuguese authorities in accordance with property rental legislation AL registration 6002/AL. As such the property, facilities, ownership and suitability for rental are all verified. Complete peace of mind included.

Most visitors are returning clients- All are assisted by experienced local property managers who are always available.

Occupancy from 1pm on arrival date until 10am on day of departure. If your departure day is not a changeover later departure may be possible - please contact me.

The advertised prices are in euros. Payment is accepted either in euros or sterling equivalent. A 25% non refundable deposit is necessary to reserve dates with the balance paid eight weeks before arrival.

A booking form is provided for completion to protect guests interests and those of the owner and manager.

All visitors to short term rental properties in Portugal are required to provide their identification details. These will be requested ahead of your arrival.

The local tourist tax fees are incorporated in the advertised rental costs.
Please contact me with any questions or special requests. Cot and highchair are available for small additional fee.

100 euros or sterling equivalent security deposit is required in addition to the costs shown. This is refunded after departure upon return of all keys and no losses/damages.

Weekly maid service. All towels and linens provided excluding beach towels which can be purchased locally at low cost.

This is a non smoking property, no pets or hen / stag parties.

Carvoeiro is a former fishing village which despite development has retained its scenic appeal and is devoid of high rise buildings.

It has two golden sandy beaches. Carvoeiro beach which adjoins the village square is a beautiful cove bordered by sandstone cliffs and restaurants. Sun loungers, parasols and jet skis can be hired.

Boat trips to the local caves can be booked numerous times daily. During peak season there is live music most evenings in the square.

Carvoeiro clube de tenis a short distance away also has padel and fitness classes. Scuba diving and horse riding can be arranged locally. Slide and splash water park is 5 minutes by car and zoo marine the aquatic zoo at Guia is a 15 minute drive.

There are various golf courses all reached in short drives.
