This apartment is modern and has all the conveniences for modern, living it is spacious and airy and is situated in a quiet condominium 2k outside the popular resort of Carvoiero, There are several restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment and many more in the village. The private swimming pool is well tended in its own gardens and usually fairly quiet. The owners Joao and Isabel were friendly and helpful and organised regular changes of linen.

First time using this site and our first stay in Portugal. This property and its owners are first rate. The location is a great family location. The property itself boasts 2 big bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen diner, is a good size too with modern appliances and kitchenware making the stay a great choice for self catering. The local Rocha Brava shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The swimming pool is never too busy and when it gets too hot the aircon cools you down. You will not find a better place for families of all ages than here.

We loved every minute of our trip. From booking with simply owners everything went so smoothly. The apartment was such a beautiful place to stay very spacious, clean and like home from home. Everything you could think of was there for you. The owner was there to meet us and went above and beyond to make our holiday special. We would definitely recommend and will be back

Had a great holiday in this lovely part of the algarve. The villa was very bright and spacious and had everything we needed. The air con was really good and there were many extras such as coffee machine, groceries on arrival, washer etc. Pool area was very nice and well kept. Patio area was nice for sitting on. Shop/cafe/restaurants/playground all short walk away. Highly recommended

We have stayed in Carvoeiro many times but this apartment was new to us and it certainly didn't disappoint. Although it is an apartment it is still very private and there is no issue with noise from any of the neighbours, The apartment itself is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and has been recently renovated to an extremely high standard. Joao, the owner, is a delight and nothing is too much trouble. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk away in the Rocha Brava area but it's a 20-25 minute walk to Carvoeiro town if you want to go further afield. We would highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone and can't wait to go back next year.
