The house offers two en-suite bedrooms: bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and bedroom 2 has a king sized bed. Both bedrooms have good sized wardrobes. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, and one also has a bath. Via the back door you enter the courtyard. It is a calming and relaxing space with table and chairs and an electric awning to give shade when the sun is overhead. It is an ideal place for alfresco dining. It has a fixed coal barbecue and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A tiled stairway leads to the spacious roof terrace which is bathed in sunshine from early morning until the sun goes down. From here you can enjoy fantastic views over Carvoeiro, and one of the best views of the ocean to be found anywhere in the village. The view is spectacular and the terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy a cool drink while watching the stunning sunsets.
There is full audio and a TV with many international channels including Dutch, English, French and German. Fibre Wi-Fi is also provided. There is an aircon/heater in the living room as well as in the double bedroom. There are additional heaters and a log-burning fire available to keep you cosy for the cooler months. 30414/AL
