Finished to a high standard with contemporary decor and furnishing. Parking to the outside of the property. Wifi available and smart tv with a variety of languages.Set over 2 floors the property has 4 bedrooms with the bedroom to the front of the property having views of the Monchique mountains and 2 having access to the south facing balcony with seating. ** New for 2026 aircon to all bedrooms**The fourth is downstairs with a separate shower room making it easily accessible. The open plan lounge/dinner/kitchen is furnished to accommodate 6 people comfortably & is fully equipped. Patio doors open out to the gardens that wrap around the house with a pool on the south side of the property which is suitable to adults and children. There is a bbq and covered dinning area.
Our house is approx 45mins from Faro airport & conveniently situated a 20 min walk to Carvoeiro in a quiet residential area. There are supermarkets & many of the Algarve's beautiful beaches nearby. Golf, tennis and many other sports within easy reach.

The place was really clean and beautifully decorated, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests feel at home. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a chill, comfortable spot to stay!

By Timo on 18-Aug-2025The location is great with a car or other transportation. Within minutes you're in either Lagoa or Carvoeiro Beach. Many major cities are reachable within 30 minutes. The house itself is clean, has many utilities, and provides regular bath towels and also for the pool! Something we knew upfront was the lack of AC in the rooms. The host provided large fans, however, this did not fully solve the heat issue. Nights were hot. The villa is massive and with 3 full bathrooms enough room for everyone. A small issue is the barking of the dogs in the houses nearby. It woke some of us up and kept us from our peace every now and then. Phone reception is quite bad, and so is the wifi, which was sometimes an issue with trying to plan things or look things up, so keep that in mind. Richard and Gill were amazing hosts and even when we forgot something they called us to figure it out with us. They also have a folder with tips and places to go for food in the area. Would Recommend

There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and the modern kitchen has a lovely feel. The villa is spacious and cool downstairs due to the air conditioning unit. There is no air conditioning upstairs or in any bedrooms. There are fans provided but please be aware that it is warm air circulating as there is no air conditioning. We loved our stay and had a very happy holiday. The local village has everything you need, the beach is beautiful and there is an intermarche supermarket nearbv.
