Carvoeiro clube de tennis is also close with tennis and Padel courts plus various types of excercise classes, swimming pool and entertainment evenings during peak season.

The private pool, BBQ and external dining areas are perfectly placed to enjoy the superb climate in the company of your family and friends.
The pool measures approx 5m x 5m, at its widest point, and has three steps leading into the shallow end for easy access. The water depth measures approximately 1.10m x 1.50m. External shower. Sun loungers and parasol provided.
All furnishings are of a high standard and the kitchen fully equipped for your self catering needs. Off street secure parking for one car. Golf discounts available for villa guests - please ask for details.
Large hallway leads to the spacious lounge/dining room with two sets of double glazed patio doors leading to the pool terrace area. There are two large settees which comfortably accommodate eight guests. The internal dining table also seats eight with the external dining area seating six and benefitting from a parasol for shade as required.
The large flat screen television has english language channels including bbc 1, bbc 2, ITV etc plus many sports and news programmes. Additionally some Canadian, Brazilian, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian viewing. There is also a DVD player.
The kitchen is new and totally equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The central island has seating for four guests.
The downstairs guest cloakroom is beside the corridor leading to the ground floor bedroom and en suite.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, large fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. It also has it's own en suite bathroom. Cot available.
The hallway staircase leads to the first floor where the landing is enclosed with glass doors flooding the area with natural light and is a sun trap throughout the year. Views of the atlantic ocean can be seen and sunbathing furniture enjoyed. An additional dining table, chairs and parasol are provided on the roof terrace
There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, both with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds .both have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The seventh guest is counted as a baby or young toddler who occupies the cot. Please specify cot requirement at time of booking. Highchair provided at small additional cost.
Weekly maid service and towel/linen change. Guests supply beach towels. Food pack provided at additional cost - please enquire.
Occupancy from 1pm on arrival date until 10am on day of departure. If your departure day is not a changeover later departure may be possible - please contact me.
The surrounding areas have activities to suit the entire family - glorious golden sandy beaches, water sports, boat trips, golf courses, water parks, zoo marine, live music entertainment, fine dining options, go carting and the seven valleys rambling trail. Or simply enjoy your private pool.
Guests to casa Nampara are assisted by experienced local property managers who are always happy to assist. Occupancy from 1pm on arrival date until 10am on departure day unless agreed in advance prior to occupancy. Flexible arrival and departure days dependent on existing bookings.
25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve dates with the balance paid eight weeks before arrival. The advertised prices are sterling. The equivalent cost in euros is an alternate payment method.
There is a tourist tax fee payable for each guest aged 13 and over for a maximum of 7 nights. The tourist tax fee is in addition to the costs shown. This fee is 2 euros per guest per night peak season and 1 euro per guest per night low season - for a maximum of 7 nights per stay per guest.
If excessive cleaning is required this will be deducted from the security deposit which is an additional 200 pounds.
A booking form rental agreement is emailed for completion and return once dates are agreed and reserved, and is required to protect both the guests and the owner / property manager.
Guest passport details are required in advance of arrival - this is a legal requirement for guests occupying short term rental properties in Portugal.
