We had such a great time. The house is so well laid out, very comfortable, great bedrooms and en suites! There’s a choice of spaces for peaceful lounging and dining in the shade or the sun. We loved the fabulous pool (which we paid to heat) and tv/games room tucked away. The area is beautiful and so quiet- nothing but birdsong. Short, easy drives to big supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Went as a family (2 kids 10 and 15) plus Grandma. A wonderful break!
We were lucky enough to spend a few days at Casa Ferrari in February this year and what a blissfully relaxing experience we had. The villa is extremely well appointed with plenty of room for a large group and great attention to detail and little extras to make life easy. We were lucky with good weather but if it hadn't been so good we would have ok with the big screen TVs, games room, board games, books etc to keep you occupied. The ensuites were exquisite and beds super comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and amazing terrace for sitting outside. All together fabulous. Some great restaurants within short walking distance and Caveiro is a lovely, friendly little town (40 minute walk, short drive)
Fabulous villa, would definitely stay again
Superbe villa ensoleillée, très confortable, vaste et très bien aménagée (une salle de bain et wc par chambre, salle de billard/TV), dotée d'une belle piscine de nombreuses terrasses et d'un joli jardin. Beaucoup de place pour chacun, donc séjour très calme même si on est nombreux. Le site est enchanteur, à 15 minutes à pied de la mer, et la vue magnifique.
We had a fantastic holiday at Sam’s place. The villa was lovely and we made the most of the lovely pool. Everything that we needed was provided and the treats on arrival were very much appreciated as we arrived in the middle of the night. There are so many places to gather round a table in the villa with several different seating areas- we were spoilt for choice. We loved Carvoeiro- so much to do! The beach was lovely and climbing the rocks at the coastline was amazing. Loved the restaurants and atmosphere in the evening in the town but also loved the peace and quiet of the villa. Thanks so much for a lovely holiday.
We had a wonderful five night stay here. The villa is really well-appointed. It’s spacious enough for a large group to enjoy and not feel like you are on top on one another. We really appreciated the aircon bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with views of the sea was special and then just fun in the pool with plenty of loungers etc. From the villa we were able to walk to a rocky cove and the cliff-top walk which was a great change from the hustle of the village beach. Highly recommend this villa and the surrounding area - we’ll be back!
